Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant serves a seasonally changing 4 or 7 course degustation menu. Open from 6pm seven days a week, and from 12pm for lunch on Sundays Bookings are essential. Hardy's Verandah Restaurant has been recognised as one of the best restaurants in the state and we recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at our Hardy’s Bar open from 5pm until late seven days a week.

Arthur Waterhouse Lounge & Terrace, offers a relaxed lounge bar with cigars and a broad range of whiskeys available to enjoy. Available from 6pm until late seven days a week. With the Terrace Garden Bar offers light bites and drink service available across the estate from mid-afternoon till evening, subject to change.
