I start working in the brief then my partner Roaa Obaji designed the brief using Keynote programme. The Concept Inspired by Dashed lines in electronic circuits and bows electrical circuits.

I have thought about a directorial method for motion graphic, and then I researched for several videos to approximate the idea to the client, so he can choose what it suits him to start with story board.
Offering suggestions to the client and discuss them with the manager and client.
The selection of colors are mixed with white color because of the large number of initiatives. I wanted also to distinguish each initiative with different background color. The reasons why I had chosen colors mixed with white are to comfort the eyes, to provide free distribution of colors on the viewer, and to achieve the principle of unity in design.

The propositions of designing the file from inside are to be consisted of : a pen, a note, a flash memory and an introductory booklet of initiatives.
The suggestions: First, we offered to make the file from a black luxury leather. For booklet, it will take the large space in the left side from the file and the front cover of the booklet will be opened. In the left side, it will contain of the note and a leather pocket to insert the flash memory. The pen will be put at the bottom of the file.
The other suggestion is to make the file from a black luxury leather. I initially read the texts that related to the brochures and booklet. Then, I extracted from it the most prominent texts that it must be said in the motion graphic. Next, I summarized and organized it to the manager. After that, the commentator Ra’ed recorded the texts in the company studio. Then, I started imagining the scene and graphics that should appear according to the commentator words. Finally, I draw initial sketches and displayed it to the manager Mr. Saleh Al-zubair.

I also was concerned about making the graphics have the similar impress of the icons and logos that fall under the same theme which is the dashed lines of the electrical circuit.
The designing stage of transitions between scenes and the process of appearance and disappearance of the elements so as to be smooth and harmonious. I focused on the motion graphic to show the elements and the scenes in a smart transitional way, as each elements fade in a way that produces the other elements. However, this unconventional method has never been applied by any government entity in the Kingdom.

I have worked on direction the motion graphic that presents the inauguration of 8 new initiatives of the National Information Center, which honored by the presence of His Royal Highness, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef Al-Saud - the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

The wholly storyboard is displayed with an explanation of the colors, sizes, graphics, the transitions between scenes, the duration of each scene, the appearance way of each scene and the text that vocalize with it.

Many actors came to the company, and I took photos for nearly five of them in different facial expressions. Once with a smile, with laugh, surprise, anger and sadness. In addition to that, I shot each actor with their hands to front and to the back. These are the shooting rules that should be applied to anyone who wants to work as an actor.

The company designer Mr. Anas bin Ali has performed a workshop about how to use three major programs, the InDesign, Photoshop and the Lightroom program.
In design Programme At the beginning, he talked about the InDesign as a program in general, and its effectiveness in the field of design publications. He also discussed with us about the importance of planning and construction the page, and the distribution of elements in a sound manner. Additionally, he implemented with us a practical application of designing a book and the study of margins.

We also have attended a voice recording session that held by the commentator Ra'ed who recorded his voice on the motion graphic that particularly related to the project of the Ministry of Interior. Nonetheless, Mr. Hamza bin Baker was the supervisor of the voice recording and its montage. This recording has been done inside the company studio and by using the previous program ( Garage Band). Moreover, we have learned how to isolate the sound, how to communicate with the commentator and about the sound montage as well.
