GULLIVER’S TRAVELS Book and Lyrics by Chris Chambers, Music by Andy Rapps Based upon the novel by Jonathan Swift.

THE MUSIC OF GEORGE HARRISON Weds 28 June 8pm

Thurs 22 - Sat 24 June 7.30pm, Sat Matinee 2.30pm GULLIVER’S TRAVELS is a new musical work encompassing all four parts of Jonathan Swift’s classic novel. From the tiny inhabitants of Lilliput and the giants of Brobdingnag to the flying Island of Laputa and the serene horses of Houyhnhnmland, the adventure-loving Gulliver sets off on an epic journey that thrusts him on a path of self-discovery and transforms his view of the world.

350 years since Swift’s birth, Chris Chambers and Andy Rapps applaud and celebrate his satirical genius by bringing his most famous work to the stage - a story that has resonated profoundly through the centuries, and continues to inspire.

A fantastic ten piece band dedicated to the Quiet Beatle’s work. George Harrison wrote some of the Beatles’ most beautiful songs (Something, Here Comes The Sun, While My Guitar Gently Weeps etc.), but he continued to write great music during his solo career (My Sweet Lord, All Those Years Ago…) on twelve studio albums. Band leader Alex Eberhard picked some of the finest musicians around Brighton to form this incredible ensemble. They will be joined on stage by a very special guest on ukulele: Sam Brown. A real treat, not just for Beatles fans, but anyone who appreciates great music.
