Happened to ME!
Someone shared t and I DISCOVERE • God really does love me and He wants me to be His child. “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called the children of God” (1 John 3:1).
• But everyone in the world, including me, has sinned. “As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one” (Romans 3:10).
• Sin keeps me away from God. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

the Bible with me ED THE TRUTH ... • But God sent His Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for my sins. He died on the cross for me! He was buried and rose again. Jesus wants to be my Savior. “Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3).
• If I admit that I’m a sinner and receive Jesus, Who died for me, God promises to make me His child! “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name” (John 1:12).

Here’s what this means to ME ... • My sins have been forgiven. “As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us” (Psalm 103:12).
• I’m a member of God’s family. “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God” (Romans 8:16).
• I have eternal life. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:11, 12).
Here’s what this means to YOU ... • Jesus did this for YOU too! Jesus died on the cross for everyone, because everyone has sinned. “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world” (John 1:29).
• YOU can have your sins forgiven like I did if you believe Jesus died for you. Then YOU can be in God’s family too! “For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13).
