The lighting control system has been designed as a general system for all the occupants. The lighting scenes have been created with morning and evening scenes to ensure proper use of lights everywhere for the 24 ours of the day.

This project is a LEED Platinum certiď€ ed commercial building located at The busiest road Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Designed by the renowned architect Nahas Ahmed Khalil, the concept of facade lighting was to illuminate the curved facades inside and outside alternatively so that the elevation changes as the viewers from road passes the building from either side. The scope of work for lighting design also included the entry, landscape, lobby and the mighty sculpture at the drop off ceiling. The total budget of the design, luminaires and installation was around $200,000.
