A PRAYER FOR FREEDOM Do you know how blessed you are to have freedom in Jesus Christ? You have been set free by the grace of God. Sin has no power over you! Rejoice in the goodness of God!
Dear Heavenly Father, I exalt you. Lord, I thank you for my freedom that I have in you. I do not take that lightly. 2 Corinthians 3:17 says, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” You are so powerful and I cannot do anything apart from your presence. No matter what the enemy tries to do to keep me bound, you set me free. John 8:36 says, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” Pain, stress, addictions, death, sickness all have to bow down to the name above all names. Jesus! There is power in your name. Lord, you don’t want me to use my freedom to
indulge in lustful activities. Galatians 5:13-14 says, “You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. The entire law is summed up in a single command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” I decree Galatians 5:1 that it is for freedom that Christ has set me free. I will stand firm, then, and do not let myself be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. I decree and declare Psalm 119:45 that I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts. God, you are way bigger than my problems.
Psalm 118:5 says, “In my anguish I cried to the LORD, and he answered by setting me free.” I am so thankful that you giving me life, joy, and peace. I thank you God that you are the center of my hope and the reason why I can smile again. I decree that I will live as servant of God. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.

ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8 “WHAT SEASON ARE YOU IN?” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 says, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.
What season are you in right now? Thanks, be unto God that each season will not last forever. Seasons are constantly changing. God is in control of the seasons. He sees and hears all. His presence is everywhere. Where can you go from His Spirit? Where can you flee from His presence (Psalm 139:7)?
• Time to be born. You were born into this world with a purpose. What is your purpose in life? If you aren’t aware of your purpose, ask God to reveal it to you. Even the hard hearted Pharaoh in the bible had a purpose (Romans 9:17). Don’t waste your life, make it count. • Time to die. One day we
will leave this world. There is no escaping it. Job 14:5 says, “A person’s days are determined; you have decreed the number of his months and have set limits he cannot exceed.” You don’t want to miss out on the gift of eternal life because you failed to get it right with God while you were on this earth. Hebrews 9:27 says, “Just as people are destined to

die once, and after that to face judgment.” Tomorrow could be your appointed time to die. Make sure that you are in right standing with the Lord. • Time to plant. What are you sowing? In other words, what seeds are you planting? A man reaps what he sows (Galatians 6:7). Galatians 6:8 says, “For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Those who plow evil and those who sow trouble reap it (Job 4:8). James 3:18 says, “Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.” Proverbs 11:18 says, “A wicked person earns deceptive wages, but the one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward.” • Time to pluck up what is planted. You planted your seed, it germinated, and sprouted. It’s time to collect your harvest. 2 Corinthians 9:6 says, “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” Are you expecting a great harvest that was sown on good ground? Or you receive return because you didn’t trust God enough to let go of all the seed? Will you reap great fruits or bad ones? Genesis 8:22 says, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” As long as the earth exist, God will still honor the planting the seeds and reaping a harvest principle. • Time to Kill. This season does not mean to go out and commit murder. However God has appointed judges in the land to pronounce judgment on criminals such as the death penalty. This season could also
mean a time of war. For instance, a country goes to war out of self-defense and not out of malice. 1 Samuel 2:6 says, ““The LORD brings death and makes alive; he brings down to the grave and raises up.” • Time to Heal. You may be afflicted in your body spiritually, emotionally, and physically. God desires to heal you but it’s up to you to contend for your healing. Will you stand on the Word and confess that you are healed? Will you believe that you are healed, before it manifests? Will you close the door to sin and receive deliverance to receive your healing? God says He wounds, and heals (Deuteronomy 32:39). Trust God during this season. • Time to break down. What do you have in your life that you need to get rid of? It could be pride, anger, bitterness, lust, etc. Sometimes in life, God purifies us. It’s like an onion being peeled to get to the core of the issue. Some people have to hit rock bottom or get crushed in order for them to get it right with God. Ezekiel 13:14 says, “I will break down your wall right to its foundation, and when it falls, it will crush you. Then you will know that I am the LORD.” Jeremiah 6:15 says, “Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when I punish them,” says the LORD.” • Time to build up. After you have went through a season of being stripped of the old you, now it’s time for God to make you a new creature in Christ Jesus. You will be new and improved. Out with the old and in with the new. God can use you
now more than He has ever had. 1 Corinthians 5:7 says, “Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.” You are being molded in this season to become more Christ like, there is no room for that old corruption (leaven) that God has delivered you from. • Time to weep. We all will experience a season of sorrow, suffering, lost, and hardship. However, it is only temporary. Psalm 30:5 says, “For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.” During these seasons, we grow spiritually. It is here that we learn how to pray, praise, fast, worship, and give. We become closer to God and we are able to embrace the storm. • Time to laugh. There will be seasons in life where you experience great joy. Psalm 16:11 says, “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” When you seek after God, He will fill you with His supernatural joy despite your circumstances. Psalm 126:2 says, “Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” • Time to mourn. You might have experienced a loss of a love one and mourned over them for a season. God sometimes turns the mourning of his people into dancing. This why some funerals of the saints are called home going services. We celebrate their life here on earth and we praise God that they are in better place, their true

home heaven. Remember we are foreigner here in this land, we are passing by (1 Chronicles 29:15). Romans 12:15 says, “Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.” Joy is coming. Psalm 126:5 says, “Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.” • Time to dance. There will be a season of celebration. You passed the test by God’s grace. You came out of the storm victoriously. You now have renewed appreciation for life. The things in life that you once took for granted, you thank God for them every day. Psalm 30:11 says, “You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy.” • Time to cast away stones. There will be a time where you have to say goodbye to some people in life because they are
stumbling blocks. They cannot go where you are going in God. They will hinder your growth and end up hurting you in the long run if they stick around. • Time to gather stones together. Sometimes in life, you might become lukewarm and need your fire rekindled. You might have backslid momentarily, but God loves you so much that He didn’t want you to perish. He sent His spirit to pursue you relentlessly and gathered you back in. You were once a cast away, but now you are part of the spiritual family. You are a child of Abraham. God restored you back unto Himself. 2 Peter 3:9 says,” The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” • Time to embrace. There
will seasons where you will extend your kindness, friendship, and love to help bring healing, deliverance, and encouragement to the broken hearted. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” In this season, you will find yourself pouring into others. Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” • Time to refrain from embracing. In this season, you might be in a season of isolation where God wants you all to Himself. You can’t have a lot of people around you because it can cause distractions. This could be a time of prayer and fasting where you seek after God with your whole heart. • Time to get (seek). In this season, you are gaining substance such as wealth, honor,

wisdom, and knowledge. Proverbs 4:7 says, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” You will experience increase and abundance in this season. 2 Corinthians 9:10 says, “He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.” • Time to lose. In this season, you might not understand why you have suffered some loss. Sometimes, you have to lose something in order to gain something. In other words, you have to make room for the new thing that God will release to you. Learn to be content in this season because it is only temporary. Remember, God does restore and He gives good gifts. God will replace your loss with something better. • Time to keep. This is the season where you perform less charitable acts and hold on to the valuables such as friends, family, and resources that God has giving to you. • Time to throw away. This could be a season to experience the overflow because the more you give the more you can receive from God. Proverbs 11:24 says, “One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds
what he should give, and only suffers want.” This is the season where God is trying to do a new thing. Matthew 16:25 says, “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” • Time to tear (rend). This is a season of grief where you seek God more than you have in a while. You will find yourself fasting and praying in this season. Garments are usually ripped in this season. • Time to sew. To time sew all those ripped garments in this season. The season of grief and mourning has ended. Time to break the fast and receive physical nourishment. • Time to keep silence. This is a season of deep sorrow that words cannot express the anguish that your heart feels. Psalm 39:2 says, “I was mute and silent; I held my peace to no avail, and my distress grew worse.” You are not alone in these times, God is with you. • Time to speak. This is the time when you should confess the truths of the Gospel and your Christian walk. This is an opportunity to testify and to bring honor and praise to His name. Acts 4:20 says, “For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”
• Time to love. You will cross paths with the person God has created just for you in this season. This season doesn’t come around often, so make the most of it. Ezekiel 16:8 says, “Then I passed by you and saw you, and behold, you were at the time for love.” • Time to hate. In this season, it is time to hate what God hates. Say goodbye to anything and anyone who is getting in the way of your relationship with God. Say goodbye to the worldly lusts and sinful pleasures. It is time to get serious with God. • Time for war. This is a season where nations will be engaged in war with each other. It could also be a time for spiritual warfare when you are fighting Satan, principles, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Warfare can be a daily battle as you fight against your sinful flesh and worldly passions. • Time for peace. This is a season where there is no more war. The saints shall enter into peace, and will not be disturbed by enemies from within or from without.

REJOICE ESSENTIAL JULY
Dear Heavenly Father,
AFFECTION: According to Webster, affection means fond attachment, devotion, sentiment, or love. We all desire affection; it’s just part of our human nature. A life full of love can give someone a more fulfilled life. What is your affection directed at today? Have you ever desired to gain someone’s affection? Are you giving God enough affection on a daily basis? God desires affection from us. Let’s make sure we are expressing the right kind of affection that is free of sin and direct more of our affection towards God. God wants us to show others affection (Kindness) towards others.
O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens (Psalms 8:1-ESV). Lord, I desire to show you more affection on a daily basis. I love you because you first loved me. John 15:9-11 (NKJV) says,” As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. Lord, your affection for me is greater when you remember when I was obedient as in 2 Corinthians 7:15. Lord, I desire to show others affection by putting on the love of Christ. Lord, you commanded in John 13:34 that we love one another. Romans 13:8 says that I owe no man anything but to love them. I decree and declare that I will love my neighbor as I love myself as in Mark 12:31. I decree and declare that I will be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love as in Romans
12:10. Hebrews 13:1 says,” Let brotherly love continue.” Lord, let me display the right kind of affection towards others by keeping me away from the works of the flesh that is mentioned in Galatians 5:19-21. Lord, I declare Ephesians 4:3132 (NCV) over my life: I will not be bitter or angry or mad; never shouting angrily or saying things to hurt others; never doing anything evil; I will be kind and loving to one another, and forgive each other just as God forgave me in Christ. In Jesus name Amen.

A RELUCTANT INDISPOSED WARRIOR? Written By Reynaldo Rodriguez
So you are a beginner at this business of spiritual warfare. Join the club! We are all learners, to say the least, and we have all had to come through the process of learning to fight in this battle. Ephesians 6: 12: clearly states that the real struggle is “not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenliest realms” Not only I know this. I believe it. At least I would have given the correct answer to any question posed to me on that subject, but that truth had not yet moved from formal belief to functional belief. We all talk a better theology than we live out in daily life. Only the Lord Himself had perfect integrity between profession and practice. In some cases, however, the chasm between profession and practice among us humans has become very wide and very deep. Further complicating this problem is the fact that often we have not learned some key truth related to the Christian life, or we had the truth twisted in some way by well— meaning but faulty teachers. In my own case, as a young believer I had some problems in both areas. I certainly had not been led into a correct understanding of either my identity “in Christ” or my relationship as a believer to Satan and demons. How do you keep you balance? This weakness in the discipline of new believers reflects what I believe to be one of Satan’s favorite tactics—namely, to cause us to view good and evil as opposite ends of a spectrum. The truth is that Satan creates evil by perverting what God created to be good, and he does this by pushing the truth to extremes in either of two opposite directions. This can be demonstrated on almost any subject one cares to explore, but on the subject of de-
mons it comes down to the idea that demons are either behind everything or behind nothing. This is an attractive position because the answers are always easier at the extremes. If demons are not functional parts of our world, then we don’t have to even think about them. If the truth is somewhere between those extremes, we need discernment to know what is demonic and what is the result of living in a fallen world. Such discernment involves a great deal more knowledge and carries much more responsibility than do the easy answers at the extremes. Peter gives us some help with this in his first letter. As Peter writes, it is evident he is an older and wiser man than the one we see during his experiences with Jesus in the Gospels. He has learned many things during his eventful life, and in this letter he is sharing some of that learning with his readers. After reviewing some basics of the gospel message, he gives a basic command: “Prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled” (1 Peter 1: 13). This doesn’t sound like the impulsive young man we encountered in the Gospels. No he is indeed older and wiser. He had learned that the spiritual battle is a battle is a battle for the mind. Therefore, “Prepare your minds for action; be self—controlled.” At the end of the letter, he comes back to that same theme when he writes, “Be selfcontrolled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings” (1Peter 5: 8 – 9). I am not sure how resist got changed to ignore in the thinking of so many believers. Certainly, if Satan could not do anything to “good Christians,” as many have taught, Peter would have said something like, “Yes, we
taught this enemy, but don’t worry about him. He can’t do anything to you if you are a real believer.” I assume that Peter chose his words carefully, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and he commands us to be “self-controlled and alert” in relation to this enemy. Self-controlled is the same word he used in 1 Peter 1: 13: “So get yourselves ready, prepare your minds to act, control yourselves, and look forward in hope as you focus on the grace that comes when Jesus the Anointed returns and is completely revealed to you.” And he uses it again in 1 Peter 4: 7 in relations to being ready for the end of all things: “We are coming to the end of all things, so be serious and keep your wits about you in order to pray more forcefully.” It is not insignificant that Paul says concerning the second coming of Christ that we should “be alert and self-controlled” (1 Thessalonians 5: 6). These are exactly the same words Peter uses here in speaking of our relationship to the devil. His point is that while we do not know the time of the second coming, we should not be taken completely by surprise by it. We should be prepared to meet the Lord with no advance notice, whether that be in a secret rapture of the church or through a sudden death.

DAILY PRAYERS THAT BRING CHANGES The most encouraging devotional on the scenes! Are you tired of not getting results to your prayers? Prophetess Kimberly Hargraves shares revelatory keys that God gave her! Inside this award winning book contains over 50 anointed prayers to help you breakthrough and bring change.
PRAY FOR ALL CHRISTIANS Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I boldly come before your throne to lift up my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Hebrews 13:18 (ESV) says, “Pray for us, for we are sure that we have a clear conscience, desiring to act honorably in all things.” Lord, I pray that they put you first place in their life. Lord, increase their faith in you. Lord, I pray that they will be doers of the Word. Lord, bless them to deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow after you. Bless their light to shine so you can receive the glory. Bless them to delight themselves in your law. You are a Mighty God. I make my petition known to you today that they discover their purpose in life. I cry out to you, God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for us as in Psalms 57:2. Your word says in Proverbs 29:18, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Lord, give them a vision for their life. Psalms 138:8 (ESV) says, “The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.” Lord, show them their plans so they can have hope. Jeremiah 29:11 (ESV) says, “For I know the plans I have for
you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Ephesians 2:10 (ESV) says, “We are your workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works.” Psalm 119:105 (ESV) says, “Your word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.”. Psalm 37:23 (ESV) says, “Lord, you will establish our steps because we delight in your ways.” Psalms 32:8 (ESV) says, “That you will instruct us and teach us in the way we should go and will counsel us with your eye upon us.” Colossians 3:23 (ESV) says, “Lord, whatever our purpose is, we will work heartily unto you and not for men.” Lord, no good thing will you withhold from us because
we walk upright. Thank you for an abundance of wisdom. Thank you for making us sensitive to the Holy Spirit. I am thanking you in advance for answering this prayer. In Jesus’s name. Amen. GOD’S COME
KINGDOM
WILL
Dear Heavenly Father, Matthew 6:9-13 (ESV) says, “Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” You are the

God of many names and I glorify you. Jehovah Ezer, Lord, you are my helper. El Shaddai, you are God Almighty. Jehovah Jireh, Lord, you are my provider. Psalms 9:10 says, “Those who know your name will put their trust in you; Lord, you will not forsake me because I seek you.” God, your word doesn’t return to you void. I am fully convinced that you, God, are able to do what you promised as in Romans 4:21. John 15:7 says, “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” Second Corinthians 1:20 says, “For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.” Isaiah 40:31 says, “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Lord, I will choose to obey you. I declare that blessings will chase me down. I decree and declare that you will do exceedingly and abundantly anything I can even ask or think. Since I am a tither, the devourer is rebuked for my sake. I decree and declare that I am living under an open heaven, and you are pouring out blessings that I don’t have room to store it all as in Malachi 3:10. Lord, I refuse to be worried or live in doubt because you are in control. to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Lord, bless me to be patient as I wait for your promises to manifest in my life. In Jesus’s name, amen. GOD WILL PROVIDE Dear Heavenly Father, God, I just want to thank you for supplying all my needs according to your riches and glory in Christ Jesus. God, I thank you, for daily loading me with benefits. God I thank you, that you withhold no good thing from me because I walk uprightly. Thank you, Lord, for blessing me to prosper in all things even as my soul prospers and I am in good health. Thank you, Lord, for giving my hands power to get wealth. Thank you, Lord, for opening up the windows of heaven and pouring me out blessings. Thank you, Lord, that resources are flowing in from the north, south, east, and west. Thank
you, Lord, I have no lack because I trust you. Thank you, God, for favor. Matthew 6:31-32 (ESV) says, “Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.” Matthew 7:11 (ESV) says, “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!” Psalm 34:10 (ESV) says, “The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.” Thank you for answering this prayer, in Jesus’s name. Amen.

BINDING CURSES Ashley and her family were once devoted Buddhists. But one day, a leader from the Buddhist organization became angry with Ashley’s mother and put a curse on the whole family. Within a week disaster struck on Ashley’s family. First Ashley’s mother and sister were driving home and the breaks gave out and the car crashed into a tree. They both survived the crash. Next, Ashley’s youngest sister fell from a two story window and cracked her skull on the concrete patio and had to have brain surgery. Ashley had to receive stitches in her right foot because she stepped on a broken old glass
bottle a few days later. Lastly, there were demonic spirits roaming around Ashley’s house and her whole family was scared to stay in the family home. Ashley’s Father told a coworker what was occurring and his coworker told him that Jesus could stop the curse on his family. A few days later, Ashley and her family got baptized in Jesus’ name. A minister came to their home and prayed throughout it. The curse has been broken on Ashley’s family and today they are no longer Buddhists but Christians. Has someone every placed a curse on your family? Have you ever dealt with demonic spirits?
Matthew 8:28-32 says,” When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demonpossessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. And suddenly they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?” Now a good way off from them there was a herd of many swine feeding. So the demons begged Him, saying, “If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine.” And He said to them, “Go.” So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and perished in the water.” Whenever we have the Holy

Spirit living in us we have authority over all demons, familiar spirits, and principalities. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” Genesis 1:26 says, “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God’s children have victory over demons because they are already defeated and we are warring from a place of victory. Jesus conquered death because he rose from the dead the third day, went to Hades and got the keys. God of Israel is the only God that is alive. For instance, in 1 Kings 18, prophets of Baal tried all day to pray to their God but were unsuccessful in setting fire to the offering. But when Elijah the prophet prayed to God to set the offering on fire, God answered him and set the offering on fire. When the prophets of Baal saw this, they knew that God of Israel was the real God. God’s power can break any curse. First you have to repent of your sins. Forgive anyone who may have cursed you. Next you have to get in God’s word. Declare and decree God’s word, vic-
tory, and faith over your life. Job 22:28 says, “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.” Let’s pray: Heavenly Father, I lift up your holy name and give you all the honor and the glory. I forgive anyone who may have cursed me or harmed me. Your word says No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I know that the devil is defeated from your word. Colossians 2:15 says, “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” James 4:7 says, “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” I know by your word that I have authority in heaven and on earth. Matthew 16:19 says, And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed[a] in heaven.” I bind any demonic influences off my life in the earthly realm and spiritual realm in the name of Jesus. I loose any sign, symptoms, and manifestations left from these spirits in the name of Jesus. I release divine intervention, divine protection, a fire wall, and a hedge of protection around me in the name of Jesus. I bind up any demonic stronghold and demonic interference that would hinder my prayers from being
answered. I loose angelic hosts to war against the forces of darkness in Jesus name. Psalms 91:3 says you will deliver me from the snare of the fowler and perilous pestilence. Your word says that the enemy is overcome with your blood and by my testimony. I command any mountains of curses and any mountains of misfortune to be removed and cast into the sea in Jesus name. I am a child of the most high God and I decree that I am walking in God’s favor and victory. In Jesus name Amen. Scriptures to Mediate on For Binding Curses: Galatians 3:13 (ESV), Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree” Jeremiah 31:29-30 (ESV), In those days they shall no longer say: “‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.’’ But everyone shall die for his own iniquity. Each man who eats sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.

Have you reflected on the sacrifice that Jesus made for you? Through Adam offence, all of mankind was hell bound or exposed to eternal condemnation. However, God extended his grace and mercy for you. He sent His only begotten son Jesus. 1 John 4:9 says, “In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.” God sent his Son to be the propitiation or the atoning sacrifice for our sins (1 John 4:10). Every evil thing that you have ever committed, Jesus came to give you a clean slate and wash it all away. Through Jesus, you can receive the free gift of righteousness and salvation. Through Jesus, you can have eternal life instead of eternal damnation. Romans 5:19 says, “For just as through the disobedience of the one man (Adam) the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man (Jesus) the many will be made righteous.” Jesus became the second Adam just for you. If you believe in Jesus you shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). God loves you so much and He doesn’t want you to perish. Will you believe in His son? Will you get it right with God today? Dear Heavenly Father, You are so gracious and merciful. I repent for my sins. I am so grateful for the ultimate sacrifice of your son Jesus. He laid His life down for me (John 15:13). Jesus, shed his blood on the cross for my sins, sickness, and sorrows. He became poor so that through His poverty I
might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9).
our nation. However, we have strayed from God’s laws.
He became a curse for me so that I might obtain a blessing (Galatians 3:13-14). He went around doing good works and healing all who were oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38). Make my scarlet red sins as white as snow. Make my crimson red sin as white as wool (Isaiah 1:18)! I want to be like Jesus and walk in a manner that’s pleasing to you. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen. Did you know that our nation or America was built on God’s law? Our great nation was founded upon the Laws of God and His righteousness. We were named “one nation under God” by our Founding Fathers. That was the original intent of
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob was taking out of the school systems and was replaced by foreign gods. The politicians have passed laws contrary to the word of God. The land is full of immorality and evil. America has wavered from its biblical foundation. Holiness is frowned upon and evil is smiled upon. America has gotten it backwards. The bible warns us about being backwards. Isaiah 5:20 says, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” When you fail to heed these warnings, you are faced with the judgment of God.

Judgments can take any form such as natural disasters, sickness, death, etc. because you are outside of His will. Proverbs 14:34 says, “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.” Remember to pray for this nation. Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I come boldly to your throne of grace to repent of my sins. I repent of my fore-father’s sins. Lord, I repent for the sins of this nation. I pray that you would extend your mercy and judge us not according to our wickedness. I pray that this nation will take heed of your prophetic woes written in your word. I pray that this nation’s heart
will be soft and accepting towards the things of God. I pray that this nation will return back to its biblical foundation. Let this great nation follow your statutes and keep your commandments. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen. Do you feel like you are missing something? You may have been searching for things in life that make you complete or happy. However you always seem to fall short in your endeavors because these worldly pleasures are only temporary. You may feel deep down inside that there is more in life. You heart is longing for God or more of His spirit. Isaiah 26:9 says, “My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your
judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. Only God can fill that void in your heart because that space belongs to Him. Only God can bring you completeness and true happiness. Many times in life, we have unrealistic expectations in our marriages, jobs, or with ourselves. No one or anything can make you whole or satisfy that longing sensation in your heart permanently. Psalm 42:1-2 says, “As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?” You were created to seek after God. Follow those promptings of your heart for God and He will fill that emptiness. Dear Heavenly Father, I repent for my sins. I want more of you and your presence. I hate the distance that is between us. My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God (Psalm 84:2). I open my mouth and pant, longing for your commands (Psalm 119:131). My soul is consumed with longing for your laws at all times (Psalm 119:20). I stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land (Psalm 143:6). Consume me Lord with your fire and make me whole. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.

How do you know if you really love God? You know that you love God when you obey his commandments. John 14:15 says, “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.” We are commanded to keep the commands of God. Deuteronomy 13:4 says,” You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice, and you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.” It is in our best interest to obey God. God knows best and his plans for your life are better than your own plans. Begin to obey God so you can receive his best for your life. Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I desire to please you. I decree that I will love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul, and might. Lord, I rebuke my flesh and put away from me all sinful desires. Lord, I understand when I obey you your blessings will overtake me. I bind up and rebuke the spirit of disobedience in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Lord that I have been set free. I decree that I will obey you. Thank for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.
Do you want to live a prosperous life? Prosperity is not all about money. It means to be successful in every area of life such as health, relationship, spirituality, etc. Obedience is key. Deuteronomy 28:13 says, “And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath, if thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them.” God promises to make you prosperous if you obey his commands. Are you ready to walk into your prosperity? Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I come boldly before your throne. I repent of my sins for not always being obedient. I bind up any rebellion and distrust off my life in the name of Jesus. I will stand on your word and follow your commands in the name of Jesus. Lord, you delight in the prosperity of your servant and I am your servant. Lord, where you lead I will follow. Thank you Father, that I will prosper in all things even as my soul prosper and will be in good health. Thank you Lord for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.
Do you want to be so blessed by God that his blessings overtake you? Obeying God is key. Deuteronomy 28:2 says, “And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God.” Whenever you obey God, blessings follow. Obedience brings a successful life (Joshua 1:8). God will be your God and work out things for your good (Jeremiah 7:23). Will you obey God today and receive what he has for you? Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I come boldly before your throne of grace to obtain mercy in my time of need. I confess and repent for not always being obedient. Lord, your word says that obedience is better than sacrifice. In the name of Jesus, I bind up the spirit of disobedience and rebellion off my life. I decree that I will have the Deuteronomy 28 blessings. I decree that I will have the things that you say I will have. Lord, I put on the mind of Christ today. Thank you Lord for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.

SINNER’S PRAYER Salvation is the best gift that anyone can possibly have. Sometimes we get weary on our journey with the Lord. Sometimes we fall down in life. Sometimes we get lukewarm when God prefers you to be either hot or cold. No matter what God wants to give you another chance to get it right.
Did you know that time is short? Everyone has an expiration date! You will not live forever! You never know when it’s your time to go. It could seem like a normal day, but then someone ends up passing away unexpectantly. Think about how many people you hear who went to work and never came back home. We see this often, where someone is here today and gone tomorrow. For instance, a plane crashes suddenly and many innocent lives are lost. Psalm 103:15 says, “Man’s days are like the grass.”The grass will eventually wither and die. This life is a journey and we need to realize that this is not our final home. What we do here on earth determines our final resting place, heaven or hell. Jesus wants to have a relationship with you as you go through this journey in life. Don’t spend another day living with Jesus as your Lord and savior. Read this prayer out
loud if you want Jesus to come inside of your heart. Lord, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins. Romans 10:19 says, “Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. “ I make you Lord and Savior of my life. Lord, I desire to have a relationship with you. Lord, I confess any sins of ___________. I repent Lord for all my sins. Wash me in your blood in Jesus name. Lord, I want to spend eternity with you once I leave this earth. I ask you for forgiveness. Lord, I pray that I will walk in a manner that is pleasing to you in Jesus name Amen. Do you ever think about the afterlife? After we die and our souls leave this earth. Where your soul ends up is up to you; eternal damnation or eternal life. We have to stand in front of the judgment seat of God one day. You can
pretend like there is no God but the scriptures say every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord and savior in heaven and on earth (Philippians 2:10-11). Romans 2:6 says, “He (God) will render to each one according to his works.” Let’s discuss works for a moment. We want to do good works in this life because God will judge them. Good works have the glory of God as their objective. For instance, good works are acts of charity, kindness, or good will. You can do good works by giving to the poor. Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done (Proverbs 19:17). Giving to the poor is not the only good work; there are countless good acts you can perform. Contrarily you can do evil works which include selfish gain, anger, lust, strife, jealousy, bitterness, gossip, and arrogance (James 3:16, 2 Corinthians 12:20, Romans 2:8).

Don’t be deceived; God is not mocked, one reaps what he sows (Galatians 6:7). For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life (Galatians 6:8). So what does reaping and sowing mean? It means whatever you do will come back to you. All your works in this life are recorded in the book of remembrance (Malachi 3:1617). What is the book of remembrance? This book holds every act of faithful service you have done for the Lord. So every encouraging word, every unself-
ish deed, every sacrifice made you have done, the Lord has carefully placed it in this book as a witness to the universe that you are indeed His child. Remember the Lord sees and knows all, especially those things that are done in secret. Dear Heavenly Father, I come boldly to your throne of grace to obtain mercy in my time of need. I confess and repent that I have been selfish and only pursuing my agenda. Lord, I want to please you and get on your agenda. Your kingdom come Father, your will be done. Lord, I have not giving you all of my heart. Lord, I have not made you
Lord over every area in my life. Lord, if I seek you first and your righteousness, everything else will be added unto me. Lord, I cast all my cares upon you and trust you that you will work out all my problems. I decree that I will do good deeds so that you can get all the glory. I decree that I will walk in the spirit so I do not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Lord, I am looking forward to hearing you tell me on that day, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” Thank you for your tender mercy upon my life. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name Amen.

Did you know that you have the power to change the direction of your life? It comes down to the things that you confess with your mouth. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me (Psalm 56:3-4). In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me (Psalm 56:11). The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me (Psalm 118:6)? I will not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it comes (Proverbs 3:25). I will not fear bad news; I confidently trust the Lord to care for them (Psalm 112:7). You are the one who comforts me. So I will not be afraid of mere humans, who wither like the grass and disappear (Isaiah 51:12).
I will be strong and courageous! I will not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord my God is with me wherever I go (Joshua 1:9).

I will not be afraid. I will just have faith (Mark 5:36).
Perfect love cast out fear (1 John 4:18). God will cover me with his feathers. God will shelter me with his wings. Your faithful promises are my armor and protection. I will not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. I will not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand are dying around me, these evils will not touch me (Psalm 91:4-8)
The Lord is a friend to those who fear him. He teaches them his covenant (Psalm 25:14). But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love (Psalm 33:18). I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears (Psalm 34:4). I will fear the Lord and will have all I need (Psalm 34:9). Fear of the Lord leads to life, bringing security and protection from harm (Proverbs 19:23).
For the Lord my God is living among me. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in me with gladness. With his love, he will calm all my fears. He will rejoice over me with joyful songs (Zephaniah 3:17). I will not be afraid of those who want to kill my body; they cannot touch my soul. I will fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Matt 10:28). I have been rescued from my enemies so I can serve God without fear, in holiness and righteousness for as long as I live (Luke 1:74-75). And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate me from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither my fears for today nor my worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate me from God’s love (Romans 8:38). I will not be afraid of them; the LORD my God himself will fight for me (Deuteronomy 3:22). I will not be afraid. You are the First and the Last (Revelation 1:17).

THE CHRIST LIFE Written By Reynaldo Rodriguez As a Newborn Christian, (John 3: 1-3) the Christian life is the Christ-life. Christ in me has become my life and is living my life instead of me. God gives Him to me to be my life. The daily life of the Christian can be summoned up in one word: RECEIVE “We who are Jews by birth and not sinful Gentiles know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified. “But if, in seeking to be justified in Christ, we Jews find ourselves also among the sinners, doesn’t that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not! If I rebuild what I destroyed, then I really would be a lawbreaker. “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 5: 15-20) “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” (John 13: 34) “ And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” (Romans 5: 5) “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message
of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,”(Ephesians 1: 13) “And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4: 30 Just as God once opened our eyes to see our sins laid upon Christ: “…Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.” “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by
his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53: 4—5), so once again He must open our eyes to see our own selves in Christ. And this is something that He delights to do: “ having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. ers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” (Colossians 2: 12— 15) You already have witness the results of the grace of God Almighty in your life. When God whispers with grace your name your life is never the same. Now, your emotions are to your soul what your physical feelings are to your body. Nobody in his or her right mind enjoys pain. If you didn’t feel pain., you would be in danger of serious injury and infection. If you didn’t feel anger, sorrow or joy, your soul would be in trouble. Emotions are God’s indicators to let you know what is going on inside. They are neither good nor bad; they are amoral, just part of your humanity. Just as you respond to the warnings of physical pain, so you need to learn to respond to your emotional indicators. Someone has likened emotions to the red light on the dashboard of a car indicating an engine problem. You can respond to the red light’s warning in several ways. You can cover it with a piece of duct tape. “I can’s see the light now,” you say, “so I don’t have to think about the problem.” You can smash the light with a hammer. “That’ll teach you for glaring in my face!” Or you can respond to the light manufacturers intended by looking under the hood and fixing the problem. You have the same three options in responding to your emotions. You can respond by covering them, ignoring them or stifling them.
that He delights to do: “ having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” (Colossians 2: 12—15) When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh. What exactly is the meaning of this? Verse 20 of Galatians 5 can shine additional light to this concept of sin. Consider the following, “The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”(Galatians 5: 19-21). These are warnings words for those who don’t know God.
That is called suppression. You can respond by thoughtlessly lashing out, giving someone a piece of your mind of flying off the handle. I call that indiscriminate expression. Or you can peer inside to see what is going on. That is called acknowledgment.
They were warnings words before we met the Lord as clearly described in Ephesians 2: 1—3: “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.
Remember, “so once again He must open our eyes to see our own selves in Christ. And this is something
You were dead, past tense: Noun: a tense expressing an action that has happened or a state that previously
existed. Previously existed, inferring is no longer that way. Since we as Christians we are “In Christ” “God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” (Colossians 2: 12—15) “… Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.” (Romans 8: 1—8) That is called acknowledgment. See and understanding who you are, because of God, “In Christ”, the nucleus of your true identity.

These are the words that the Holy Spirit gave to Prophetess Kimberly Hargraves during her prayer time.
This word is for somebody. God says believe in thy deliverer, thy Lord, thy God. Believe in God over your situation. God will deliver you. Many are the afflictions of the righteous and God delivers them out of them all. God still performs miracles. Keep the Faith. Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy (Psalm 126:5). It gets brighter with God. Say goodbye to those gloomy days. Rejoice because God will shine His light in your situation. This word is for somebody. God says that if you want his blessings upon your life then walk in His statutes, keep His commandments, and walk in love. God did tell me months ago that there will be an emerging or outbreak of new diseases. God says there will be a great shift in the land. Some political leaders will die. There will be wars. He says he places who He wants to place and put down who wants to put down. My faithful ones will go into new territory. Your smile can brighten any one’s day. God will turn your frown into a smile. He will turn your mourning into dancing. Keep believing. And after you have suffered a
little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you (1 Peter 5:10). Your storm is almost over. Keep the faith. Don’t give up. God will do something miraculous. Let not your hearts be troubled (John 14:1). I know it gets hard sometimes, but don’t give up. Whatever is bothering you, give it to God. Expect great things to happen today. Enjoy this Pentecost Sunday. Happy Shavout! God still performs miracles. tion.

I am aways moving even when it doesn’t seem like I am moving. Don’t worry about when I am going to do it. Just know that I will do what I said I am gonna do. Fret not my dear children. I am the Alpha and Omega. I have it under control. If my people trust me, I will show myself strong, When they ask me for something they must believe that they have received it. God says that your future is bright in him. No eye has seen or no ear has heard, neither has it enter into the heart of man the things that he has prepared for them that love him. You don’t have to be envious of someone else’s blessing because when I bless
you it will be worth the wait, What’s for you is for you. I have a special blessing with your name on it he says. I am still standing. God says he will bless you regardless of what people say about you. He is the author and the perfector of your faith. God says to believe in Him. Many people have doubt towards Him. There will be a surge of the outpouring of my spirit. I am raising up the young generation and sending them to the fore front to replace the older generation. I will raise up one and put down another. True servants who I can trust to get the job done. Platforms have already been prepared, all they do is have to walk unto it. I asked what was on the Father’s heart he said families. Hell has released demonic forces to destroy families, there will be a surge this year. Pray for divine order in the home, peace, and unity. God says he wants his children to grow and increase into the knowledge of Him. It’s time to stop drinking spiritual milk. Time to eat meat. Study to show yourself approved.

HEALTHY LIVING God wants his people to be healthy and for them to live a long life. He wants us to care for our bodies because they are his temple here on earth. Your food choices each day affect your affect your health. How you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future.
Too many of God’s people are dying prematurely before the average life span of seventy years due to unhealthy lifestyle habits. This involves the excess consumption of high caloric diets. Foods mainly in the western diets such as pizza, cheese burgers, fried chicken, mash potatoes, French fries, and soft drinks should be eaten in moderation and not excess. If these foods are eaten in excess, then exercise is a requirement to ensure the calories and fat are burned off. Evangelist Jack Coe died prematurely at the age of 38, right at the peak of his ministry. He was obese and unfortunately he did not practice healthy living. Our bodies are the temple of God. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” Most people feel like this means not to sin such as sexual immorality, lust, adultery, etc. However, gluttony is a sin. Not taking care of what God gave you is also a sin. You only have one earthly body. You can’t get another body while you are here on earth. The scripture clearly states to glorify God in your body. This also means to eat right and exercise. You don’t belong to yourself but to God. You were brought for a
price when Jesus Christ shed his blood on the cross. The American Heart Association states, “To prevent heart disease and stroke, one must exercise thirty minutes a day, five days a week.” Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. Unhealthy eating habits have contributed to the obesity epidemic in the United States: about one-third of U.S. adults (33.8%) are obese and approximately 17% (or 12.5 million) of children and adolescents aged 2—19 years are obese. Even for people at a healthy weight, a poor diet is associated with major health risks that can cause illness and even death. These include heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and certain types of cancer. By making smart food choices, you can help protect yourself from these health problems. The risk factors for adult chronic diseases, like hypertension and type 2 diabetes, are increasingly seen in younger ages, often a result of unhealthy eating habits and increased weight gain. Dietary habits established in childhood often carry into
adulthood, so teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life. The link between good nutrition and healthy weight, reduced chronic disease risk, and overall health is too important to ignore. By taking steps to eat healthy, you’ll be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong. As with physical activity, making small changes in your diet can go a long way, and it’s easier than you think! According to vegkitchen, Brown rice is better for you than white — most of us know that! It’s The majority of consumers typically choose white rice over brown rice because of the difference of appearance. While it’s true white rice looks so much more delicious than brown rice, it doesn’t mean it’s the healthier alternative. According to a study conducted by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, brown rice is the top choice in terms of both nutritional and other inherent healthy benefits. Why Brown Rice? Before white rice went through the refining process, it at one time looked exactly like brown rice. Brown rice, unlike white rice, still has the side hull and bran, which renders quicker cooking times and makes it easier to digest as it’s much “lighter”

in the in the stomach. The side hulls and brans provide “natural wholeness” to the grain and are rich in proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber, and potassium. For those trying to lose weight or those suffering from diabetes, brown rice can prove a healthful staple given its low glycemic rating which helps reduce insulin spikes (vegkitchen). Consider the Following Recipe: Valencian-Style Rice and Red Beans Nutrition Information: Per serving: 293 calories; 9g fat; 665mg sodium; 48g carbs; 6.5g fiber; 9g protein A Spanish-inspired recipe, this dish of brown rice and red beans is a great for busy weeknights, when you want something easy and hearty. The key is to have the rice cooked ahead of time, but even if you don’t, it’s still not a daunting task. Briny olives perk up the mellow flavor of brown rice and beans. Serve with steamed broccoli or cauliflower, and if
you’d like, some pan-grilled polenta slices like you see in the photo. In either case, serve a simple green salad on the side and finish with sliced seedless oranges. Serves: 6 1 1/4 cups uncooked brown rice 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 large onion, quartered and thinly sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 green bell pepper, diced 15-to 16-ounce can small red beans, drained and rinsed, or 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked red beans 1 1/2 cups diced ripe tomato 2/3 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced 3 scallions, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme Cayenne pepper or hot red pepper flakes, to taste Salt and freshly ground
pepper to taste 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley Combine the rice with 3 cups water in a small saucepan and bring to a rapid simmer. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 30 to 35 minutes. If you’d like a more tender grain, add another 1/2 cup water and cook until absorbed. About 15 minutes before the rice is done, heat the oil in a wide skillet. Add the onion and sauté over medium-low heat until translucent. Add the garlic and bell pepper and sauté until all are golden. Once the rice is done, add to the skillet along with the remaining ingredients except the last two. Cook for 5 minutes, or until everything is well heated through. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the cilantro. Serve at once. wanted deliverance for a long time but however I was very fearful. I was a believer in Jesus Christ, yet I had demonic spirits speaking through me often. I ended up secluding myself away from the world. Once I tried to go to church, but a strong presence of fear came over me and I ran out of the church. he was God sent because she offered deliverance ministry. She was extremely nice and reached out to me by giving me her number. At the time, this meant a lot to me because I had no friends. For two weeks, I would call this lady but too paralyzed by fear to speak. So one day, she became frustrated and began to pray aggressively when I called her. I had to place my phone on mute because the demons were starting to manifest. Suddenly, she began to speak in other tongues and she had a vision of my painful childhood.

He would not leave no matter who prayed for me. It wasn’t until the Lord revealed my darkest secret, that I was led in a prayer of forgiveness. Afterwards, demonic spirits started to leave my body forcibly. I had to vomit some of them up. After the deliverance session, I felt lighter. I began to thank God and praise him.
