About Phoenix Pass:

Phoenix Pass is a not-for-profit transitional h o u s i n g p ro g r a m f o r f a m i l i e s e x p e r i e n c i n g displacement in the Rockdale County area.

The mission of Phoenix Pass is to serve the needs of women and families experiencing temporary homelessness by giving them an opportunity to reestablish self-sufficiency in a residential setting. The focus of the program at the Phoenix Pass is to empower clients with supportive services and the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable lifestyle for themselves and their family.

Aside from the day-to-day activities of E.A.M., which includes website development & maintenance, book writing & publishing, photography & video production, we’ve designed COMEDY, KARAOKE & COFFEE for a

CAUSE in the longterm effort of giving back to our local charities here in East Atlanta. Our position is that our communities are suffering in one way or another; and we are challenged with “fixing” these concerns ourselves.

EAST ATLANTA MULTIMEDIA SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU KNOW

Charitable initiatives & 501c Non-Profit Organizations have more or less identified these issues on various levels.

However, entertainment has forever been an attraction that brings people together for whatever reason, whether planned, by design or random. So we figured, why not merge the two? Why not store faith in/support the charities, while also engaging with aspiring talent? And why not secure this project under the roof of a billiondollar corporation with a track record of community interest? Win-Win-Win!

This project says good things all over it. And we welcome similar organizations and initiatives to come aboard so that we might help fix our communities ills, at least in our own small way.

You would think that the behemoth company that Starbucks is would not care about our small community.

But if you search online you will see that events such as ours are instituted throughout the world. Maybe there is not a multimedia force behind the efforts, but there are certainly many live events.

In a nutshell, Starbucks supports the arts. East Atlanta Multimedia is all about the arts and producing quality, polished video presentations for mass audiences. The connection in our initiative is that we’re instituting it all in East Atlanta, Georgia.

After the first few shows, we fine-tuned and turned Comedy & Coffee for a Cause to Comedy, Karaoke & Coffee for a Cause.

Both Comedy & Karaoke are huge brands, in and of themselves. But with the “Coffee” in the title, the total brand is STAPLED; images & ideas that people know and understand.

The “CAUSE” was the cherry on the pie, to add the “reason” for folks to come together.

Think about it, the strongest branding on the planet, embraces and presented by a media company that produces TV, Film, e-books & websites? What could be a better union to bring attention to a charitable concern?

This is a long-term solution to long-term problems in our community. The model will be viral, and we thank all who are a part of the growth!

Proud mother, former teacher, professor, & research associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Doretha also co-produces 3 Minutes To Victory, a public access TV show that is currently in production.

Cause is none other than best selling author, Relentless Aaron, author of over 3 dozen novels. Relentless also ghost-writes books for others, as well as he photographs, produces film, TV & websites. Below are all productions of Relentless Aaron, CEO of East Atlanta Multimedia.

Future Events: 1st Saturdays are special at Starbucks, in Conyers, Georgia:

We welcome singers, small bands, comedians and spoken word artists to join in on the fun. We will feature headline acts and support any community initiative that fits within our guidelines.
