You must be in top health at all times
Think of health maintenance as if they were minutes running out on a cellphone bill. In order for you to keep using the phone, you must keep the bill paid. Same with your health; You must eat healthy foods that give you energy, including proper water and air. This isn’t a “maybe” it’s a “must.” With great foods you perform at your best

You must keep your body “moving”
Eating right is accompanied by action; that is, putting your body to work/keeping it in motion. Motion gives you energy. Energy & motion provokes mental stimulation. Mental stimulation promotes ideas, thoughts and the best laid plans. If you find y o u r s e l f i n a “ s l u mp ” t r y moving, walking, twisting, even dancing. You energy level will indeed change.

Try some music in your life! Everyone loves music of SOME kind! Music often has a rhythm, with lyrics that are usually easy to memorize, and (in theory), those lyrics are inspiring to you. Have you ever tried to change your musical diet? It is said that too much of ANYTHING can kill you. Sure, thats a bit extreme if all you listen to is classical jazz all day. But you get the point. Change the channel! Create a custom station with Pandora or iHeart Radio!
Admittedly, at times it feels familiar and comfortable to embrace misery and fatigue...
