Buy Back Guarantee
The minimum guarantee clause of Rocksfordz Preschool is designed to provide peace of mind to the franchisees. This clause suggests that preschools should have achieved 50% of the CapEx breakeven between two and a half to three years. This means that they will be well on their way to getting the total CapEx back within the projected five years.
However, if the preschool franchisee falls short of this target, Rocksfordz Preschools will give a buy-back of the preschool at a predetermined price range of Rs. 18-25* lakhs. Rocksfordz will then continue to run the school on its own. The preschool lease agreement with a minimum of 4 years remaining should be transferred to the franchisor. The franchisee has to exercise this option between 30-36 months.

This buy-back guarantee provides an added layer of security to the franchisee, knowing that if they are not able to achieve the minimum target, they will not suffer a total loss. What is the space that we require for setting up a preschool
