Noosaville’s current median price for a house is $1,903,615 whilst for a unit it is $758,333. The Noosa Waters sector continues to see excellent demand as young families move into the area as does the River Precinct as local downsizers are selecting this zone for a low maintenance abode.
After experiencing a pandemic market that created record property price growth throughout Noosaville that history will suggest peaked in December 2021, since that time from January 2022 we have now entered a more balanced marketplace.
