I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to travel the world and have worked with some of the greatest brands and people.

In 2011, George Kypreos saw a gap in the medical aesthetic industry. With a strong background in pharmaceutics and a passion for skincare, he set out to fill that void.
Through years of research, travelling, dedication and collaborating with healthcare professionals and industry bodies, Dermocosmètica has evolved into a trusted provider of integrated skincare in the cosmetic, corrective and therapeutic products from around the world, and proudly supplies over 2,200 clinics and over 150 hospitals across Australia and New Zealand.

The skin health pyramid
The Skin Health Pyramid is an educational framework created from extensive scientific literature and studies reviewing ingredients, formulations, and other technologies that affect skin health, quality and ageing. It is a resourceful concept for clinicians, nurses and practitioners to educate cosmeceutical skincare products to their clients. It also serves as a useful tool to organise cosmeceutical products to prescribe skincare routines effectively. All three levels of the pyramid must be addressed for optimal skin rejuvenation from the outer to the inner skin layers.

On a 0-5 Facial Hydration Scale, 100% of study participants showed at least one-step improvement and 93% saw two steps or more
93% of study participants responded that Emepelle helped improve the appearance of wrinkles, texture, and colour.
In a QoL Questionnaire, 86% of study participants responded that Emepelle helped alleviate some or all of the skin issues developed since entering menopause.
Patients showed a 53% improvement in texture on the Alexiades-Armenakas Grading Scale.
Results showed the regimen improved wrinkles, texture, colour, and hydration. Patients in the study indicated very high satisfaction with the formulations of Emepelle Serum and the Night Cream. Younger patients in the study spectrum seemed to show significant improvement by about 8 weeks. Older patients who have been in menopause longer showed notable improvement by 20 weeks.
