¿How is the Market? The number of homes sold daily (on weekdays) during the third Quarter of 2012 has increased the number of homes sold each day in the block of municipalities surrounding the city of Marbella (Marbella, Benahavis, Estepona, Mijas, Casares and Manilva ), but municipalities surprisingly distanced as Fuengirola, Benalmade‐ na and Torremolinos have dropped. Possibly it is a very momentary situtation, but the trend of demand is dominated by a profile of buyers with socioeconomic medium or high, and in most cases without resorting to financing, feeling more identified with services and type of housing in these municipalities which continue to experience steady growth.
