How is the Market? In the graph at the RIGHT we can see in Andalusia are increasing significantly the number of homes sold (+ 34.1%) compared to February 2012. The main reason is the adjustment taking place in housing prices, which continue to decline (‐ 6.7%) over the same period last year (the first quarter). Stimulation of demand will conti‐ nue to increase as prices adjust.

On the other hand, SUPERIOR Figure , Marbella observe that prices remain slightly stable (down 2.4%) in one year. We can see how the second quarter of 2012 reached 1,933 euros per m2, recovering later, but not reaching the 2,090 euros per m2. The stock of homes for sale in the Municipality of Marbella will be consu‐ med as households reach the equilibrium price (which is what a buyer is willing to pay at a given time).
