Orario Ufficio Cassa: 8.00 - 12.00 / 16.00 - 19.00. Le unità abitative vengono affittate in media e alta stagione solo per settimane intere, da sabato a sabato (ItalyVillas anche da venerdì a venerdì), in bassa stagione per un minimo di 2 notti e possono essere abitate da tante persone (adulti o bambini) quanti sono i posti letto. La tariffa giornaliera è composta dal prezzo per l’unità abitativa, che comprende anche il parcheggio per l’auto, e dalla tariffa per le persone in base al numero degli occupanti. Dotazione degli alloggi campeggio: Gli alloggi sono dotati di pentole e stoviglie e di coperte. Lenzuola, federe e asciugamani devono essere portati.
CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE Per unità abitative e piazzole La prenotazione dovrà essere effettuata direttamente dagli Ospiti che abiteranno l’alloggio ed acquista valore impegnativo solo dopo il versamento di un deposito a cauzione precedentemente stabilito dalla Direzione ed il successivo invio della conferma scritta. Ci riserviamo il diritto di cambiare il numero dell’alloggio o della piazzola assegnato in qualsiasi momento lo riterremo necessario, anche dopo l’invio del deposito a cauzione e della conferma. Non è possibile trasferire la prenotazione a terzi senza l’autorizzazione di Italy Camping Village. Successive richieste di cambiamento, come prolungare o ridurre il periodo di soggiorno, portano formalmente all’annullamento della prenotazione originale. Se la sistemazione per il nuovo periodo sarà possibile, verrà effettuata una nuova prenotazione. L’importo per tutto il periodo prenotato (unità abitativa o piazzola + numero delle persone prenotate), dovrà essere corrisposto anche nei casi di arrivi ritardati o di partenze anticipate. Se l’alloggio o la piazzola prenotata non saranno occupati entro 2 giorni dalla data dell’ arrivo previsto, Italy Camping Village si riserva la facoltà di riaffittarla. Sono a carico dell’Ospite eventuali danni causati per disattenzione all’alloggio ed al suo arredamento.
RECESSO L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione ha diritto al rimborso del deposito a cauzione versato esclusivamente quando la comunicazione di rinuncia viene inviata a Italy Camping Village, mediante lettera, fax o e-mail, almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione. In tale ipotesi di rimborso Italy Camping Village avrà comunque diritto a trattenere la somma di Euro 50,00 a titolo di spese di prenotazione. L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione con comunicazione di rinuncia inviata a Italy Camping Village dal 29° giorno al 15° giorno precedente la data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione avrà diritto al rimborso del 50% dell’importo del deposito a cauzione versato. Il rimanente 50% con un minimo di Euro 100,00 sarà trattenuto da Italy Camping Village a titolo di penale. L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione con comunicazione di rinuncia inviata a Italy Camping Village nei 14 giorni precedenti la data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione ovvero che non usufruisce del soggiorno prenotato non avrà diritto ad alcun rimborso, con diritto di Italy Camping Village a trattenere il deposito a cauzione versato a titolo di penale. Vi consigliamo di stipulare preventivamente un’assicurazione in caso di recesso della prenotazione presso un’assicurazione a vostra scelta. La conferma della prenotazione sottintende l’accettazione delle Condizioni Generali. ASSICURAZIONE La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità per furti, incidenti o danni alle cose e alle persone, come non risponde per danni causati da temporali, grandinate, caduta di alberi, rami o pigne, malattie, ivi comprese quelle delle piante, epidemie, incendi, forza maggiore ecc. Si consiglia di stipulare preventivamente un’assicurazione sia per l’equipaggiamento che per i rischi di campeggio. Il regolamento interno dell’ Italy Camping Village è parte integrante delle presenti Condizioni Generali.
REGOLAMENTO INTERNO 1. All’arrivo ogni campeggiatore deve consegnare all’ufficio ricevimento un documento di identità per le registrazioni di legge. 2. Il cliente è tenuto a controllare l’esattezza dell’accettazione, comunicando immediatamente eventuali discordanze o variazioni. 3. La piazzola può essere scelta dal cliente secondo le indicazioni del personale e cambiata solo previa autorizzazione della Direzione. 4. Tutti i veicoli ed in particolare quelli a motore, possono venire utilizzati solo per entrare ed uscire dal campeggio durante le ore consentite. Devono tenere una velocità molto moderata (max.10 km./h) e rispettare la segnaletica. 5. I campeggiatori devono rispettare l’altrui quiete in qualsiasi momento. In particolare durante le ore di silenzio (dalle ore 13 alle ore 15 e dalle ore 23 alle ore 7) è vietato l’uso dei veicoli a motore, televisori, radio, apparecchi od altri oggetti comunque fonti di rumore. 6. È vietato: • gettare rifiuti fuori dagli appositi contenitori; • lavare o lavarsi alle fontanelle sul campo; • accendere fuochi liberi sia in campeggio che in spiaggia; • scavare nel terreno buche o canaletti; • stendere recinzioni o tirare corde ad altezza d’uomo. 7. I minorenni sono accettati solo se accompagnati dai genitori o da chi ha la patria podestà. 8. Gli adulti sono direttamente responsabili del comportamento dei propri bambini. In nessun caso la loro vivacità e le loro abitudini possono andare a discapito della quiete e della sicurezza degli altri campeggiatori. Essi devono essere accompagnati ai servizi igienici da una persona adulta. 9. Nessuna responsabilità viene assunta dal campeggio per oggetti o valori perduti o rubati, per danni a persone o cose non dipendenti da diretta negligenza del personale del campeggio, nè per danni causati da maltempo o forza maggiore. 10. I campeggiatori sono tenuti ad osservare eventuali raccomandazioni che, in particolari situazioni, venissero richieste dal personale del campeggio. 11. I visitatori dei nostri Ospiti non possono entrare in campeggio se non dopo l’autorizzazione della Direzione e la consegna dei propri documenti d’identità. Saranno tenuti inoltre a pagare una tariffa giornaliera. 12. Non è permesso introdurre cani e altri animali domestici in tutto il campeggio. 13. È vietato ai bambini di circolare con la bicicletta dopo le ore 21.00 14. In base alle nuove normative riguardanti la sicurezza e il rispetto ambientale, non è consentito fare barbecue a legna e/o carbone all’interno dell’area abitata. Vi invitiamo ad usare l’apposita area attrezzata nella zona nord-est del campeggio. Il presente regolamento viene consegnato all’Ospite all’arrivo ed è affisso all’ufficio ricevimento. L’entrata in campeggio ne è pertanto accettazione integrale. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di allontare coloro che, a suo giudizio, turbassero l’armonia e la sicurezza della vita del campeggio.

Die Mietunterkünfte können in der Zwischen- und Hochsaison nur für volle Wochen, von Samstag auf Samstag (ItalyVillas auch Freit auf Freitag) gemietet werden, während in der Vor- und Nachsaison die Mindestmietdauer 2 Übernachtungen beträgt. Sie dürfen nur von soviel Personen (Erwachsene oder Kinder) bewohnt werden, wie Betten bzw. Schlafplätze zur Grundausstattung gehören. Die Gebühr pro Tag setzt sich zusammen aus dem Mietpreis für die jeweilige Unterkunft (Parkplatz für ein Auto inbegriffen) und den Personengebühren entsprechend der Anzahl der Bewohner. Austattung der Unterkünfte: Ausgestattet mit Küchenzubehör, Decken und Kopfkissen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden.
BUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Für die Mietunterkünfte und Stellplätze. Buchungen müssen direkt durch die Personen durchgeführt werden, die die Unterkunft dann auch bewohnen und werden erst nach Zahlung einer von der Direktion festgesetzten Kaution und der anschliessenden Ausstellung einer schriftlichen Buchungsbestätigung verbindlich. Italy Camping Village behält sich vor, die zugesagte Nummer der Unterkunft oder des Stellplatzes auch nachträglich noch ändern zu können, falls dies aus buchungstechnischen Gründen erforderlich werden sollte, auch nach Erhalt der Kaution und Absendung der Buchungsbestätigung. Vormerkungen oder endgültige Bestätigungen sind nur mit dem Einverständnis des Italy Camping Village übertragbar. Die nachträgliche Änderung einer Vormerkung, wie die Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der Aufenthaltsdauer, führt formal zu deren Annullierung. Kann dem Wunsch auf Änderung entsprochen werden, so wird eine neue Reservierung vorgenommen. Wird eine Unterkunft oder ein reservierter Stellplatz verspätet bezogen oder wird der Aufenthalt, aus welchem Grund auch immer vorzeitig beendet, muss in jedem Fall der gesamte Zeitraum der Reservierung (Mietunterkunft oder Stellplatz + Anzahl der reservierten Personen) bezahlt werden. Wenn die Unterkunft oder der reservierte Stellplatz nicht innerhalb von 2 Tagen ab dem vereinbarten Ankunftstermin bezogen wird, hat Italy Camping Village das Recht, diese weiter zu vergeben. Durch Unachtsamkeit oder Verschulden hervorgerufene Schäden an den Unterkünften und deren Ausstattung gehen zu Lasten des Mieters.
RÜCKTRITT VON DER BUCHUNG Bei Absagen, die mindestens 30 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstermin auf dem schriftlichen Weg (per Brief, Fax oder E-Mail) beim Italy Camping Village eingehen, hat der Gast das Recht auf Rückerstattung der geleisteten Kaution. Der Italy Camping Village hat in diesem Fall das Recht, Euro 50,00 als Reservierungskosten einzubehalten. Der Gast, der seine Rücktrittserklärung zwischen dem 29. und 15. Tag vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem Italy Camping Village übermittelt, hat das Recht auf die Rückerstattung von 50% des geleisteten Kautionsbetrages. Die verbleibenden 50%, mit einem Mindestbetrag von Euro 100,00, werden vom Italy Camping Village als Stornogebühren einbehalten. Der Gast, der seine Rücktrittserklärung in den letzten 14 Tagen vor Beginn des vereinbarten Ankunftstermins schriftlich dem Italy Camping Village übermittelt oder gar nicht anreist, hat keinerlei Recht auf Rückerstattung. Italy Camping Village behält sich in diesem Fall die gesamte geleistete Kaution als Stornogebühren ein. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskosten-Versicherung bei einem Anbieter Ihrer Wahl. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie durch die Bestätigung der Buchung die Allgemeinen Bedingungen akzeptieren. VERSICHERUNG Die Direktion haftet nicht für abhanden gekommene oder beschädigte Gegenstände, für Unfälle und Verletzungen, das Auftreten von Epidemien und Krankheiten, inbegriffen solche von Pflanzen und Bäumen, für Schäden verursacht durch das Herabfallen von Pinienzapfen und Ästen, usw. Ebenso wird jede Haftung für Feuer- und Wetterschäden sowie für Schäden infolge höherer Gewalt abgelehnt. Wir empfehlen, vor Urlaubsantritt eine Reiseversicherung mit Camping-Risiko abzuschliessen. Bitte beachten Sie die interne Hausund Platzordnung des Italy Camping Village, die wesentlicher Bestandteil der “Allgemeinen Bedingungen“ ist.
CAMPINGORDNUNG 1. Bei der Ankunft muß jeder Camper dem Empfangsbüro einen amtlichen Ausweis zur gesetzlichen Personenregistrierung hinterlassen. 2. Der Gast ist verpflichtet zu kontrollieren, ob die Aufnahme korrekt, entsprechend der Ausrüstung und der Anzahl der Personen vorgenommen wurde und eventuelle Änderungen oder Fehler sind sofort zu melden. 3. Der Standplatz kann vom Camper, unter Berücksichtigung der Anweisungen des Platzpersonals, gewählt und nur mit vorangehender Genehmigung gewechselt werden. 4. Alle Fahrzeuge, im besonderen motorangetriebene, dürfen nur zum Ein- und Ausfahren und nur während der erlaubten Zeiten benützt werden. Es ist innerhalb des Campinggeländes sehr langsam zu fahren (max.10 km/h) und die errichteten Hinweisschilder sind zu beachten. 5. Die Campinggäste werden gebeten, sich zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit rücksichtsvoll zu verhalten und die Ruhe der Mitgäste zu beachten. Während der Ruhezeiten, von 13 bis 15 Uhr und von 23 bis 7 Uhr ist die Benutzung von Fahrzeugen, Fernsehgeräten, Radios und anderen Lärmquellen strengstens untersagt. 6. Es ist verboten: • Abfälle ausserhalb der vorgesehenen Müllbehälter zu entsorgen; • die über das Gelände verteilten Wasserzapfstellen zum Waschen und zum Reinigen von Gegenständen zu benutzen; • offene Feuer sowohl im Platz als auch am Strand anzuzünden; • Löcher in den Boden zu graben oder Gräben zu ziehen; • Umzäunungen zu errichten oder Seile in Personenhöhe zu spannen. 7. Minderjährige werden nur in Begleitung der Eltern aufgenommen. 8. Die Erwachsenen sind unmittelbar für das Benehmen der eigenen Kinder verantwortlich. In keinem Fall dürfen ihre Lebhaftigkeit und ihre Gewohnheiten die Ruhe und Sicherheit der anderenCampinggäste beeinträchtigen. Die Kinder müssen immer in Begleitung einer erwachsenen Person die sanitären Anlagen benützen. 9. Die Campingleitung übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für verlorengegangene oder gestohlene Gegenstände, Personen- und Sachschäden usw., die nicht auf direktes Verschulden bzw. Nachlässigkeit des Platzpersonals zurückzuführen sind. Keine Haftung auch für durch Unwetter und höhere Gewalt verursachte Schäden. 10. Die Gäste sind angehalten, auch eventuelle besondere Anweisungen zu befolgen, die Ihnen im Bedarfsfall vom Platzpersonal auferlegt werden könnten. 11. Besucher unserer Gäste erhalten Zutritt zum Campingplatz erst nach Einholung einer regulären Erlaubnis und Hinterlegung eines Ausweises bei der Campingleitung. Ausserdem wird den Besuchern eine Tagesgebühr berechnet. 12. Es ist nicht gestattet, Hunde sowie andere Haustiere auf dem gesamten Campingplatz mitzuführen. 13. Kindern ist es nicht erlaubt, nach 21 Uhr mit dem Fahrrad umherzufahren. 14. Aus Sicherheits- und Umweltgründen ist es nicht erlaubt im bewohnten Platzbereich mit Holzkohle zu grillen. Wir bitten Sie, den Grillplatz im nordöstlichen Teil des Campingplatzes zu benutzen. Die vorliegende Campingordnung wird jedem Gast bei der Ankunft überreicht und ist ausserdem beim Aufnahmebüro zur Einsichtnahme angeschlagen. Die Aufnahme in den Campingplatz setzt daher die volle Anerkennung dieser Ordnung seitens des Gastes voraus. Die Campingleitung behält sich das Recht vor, alle diejenigen vom Platz zu verweisen, welche die Harmonie und die Sicherheit der Gemeinschaft stören.

Departures 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM For afternoon departures, payment is required for another night. In high season minimum stay 1 week. Day visitors are authorised to remain in camping-area until 10:00 PM Payment: We recommend that the account be settled the day prior to departure at the Cashier’s office. All Italy Camping Village passes must be presented at the time of payment. Office and Cashier’s hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM /4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
CAMPSITE RESIDENTIAL UNIT GUESTS Arrivals from 3:00 PM until dusk. Departures from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Day visitors are authorised to remain in camping-area until 10 p.m. Payment: We recommend that the account be settled the day prior to departure at the Cashier’s office. All Italy Camping Village passes must be presented at the time of payment. Office and Cashier’s hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. In mid and high season, the residential units are rented for full weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday (ItalyVillas from Friday to Friday too) in low season for a minimum of two nights and can be occupied by as many people (adults or children) as there are beds. The daily rate includes the price for the residential unit, as well as parking for one vehicle, and the fee for the people based on the number of occupants. Accessories of campsite accommodations: The accommodations are equipped with pots and pans, dishes and blankets. Guests must provide their own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
RESERVATION CONDITION For the campground residential units and pitches Reservations must be made directly by the Guests who will occupy the accommodation and will become binding only once a deposit set by the Management is paid and written confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to change the number of the accommodation or of the pitch assigned at any time we see fit, even once the deposit and confirmation have been sent. The reservation may not be transferred to a third party without the authorisation of Italy Camping Village. Subsequent requests for changes such as extensions or shortening of the stay, will result in the original reservation being cancelled. A new reservation will be made only if the new period is available. The full amount, for the entire reserved period (housing unit or pitch + number of persons booked), must be paid, even in the event of late arrival or early departure. If the reserved accommodations or campsite are not occupied within 2 days of the expected arrival date, Italy Camping Village reserves the right to rent it to another client. The Guest is responsible for any damage to the accommodations and its furnishings caused by carelessness.
CANCELLATION The guest has the right to the refund of the deposit paid, exclusively when written communication is given to Italy Camping Village either via fax, letter or email, at least 30 days before the date or arrival indicated on the booking. Even so, Italy Camping Village has the right to keep the sum of Euro 50,00 to cover cancellation costs. Guests who cancel their booking and send their cancellation to Italy Camping Village between 29 days to 15 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to 50% of their deposit paid. The remaining 50% with a minimum of Euro 100,00 will be kept by Italy Camping Village as penality. Guests who cancel their booking and send their cancellation to Italy Camping Village less than 14 days before the arrival stated on their booking, or Guests who do not show up, will have no right whatsoever to a reimbursement and Italy Camping Village will keep the deposit paid as penalty. We advise you to take out an insurance beforehand in case you have to cancel, with a company of your own choice. Confirmation of the booking means acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. INSURANCE Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents or damage to property or persons, nor will it be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees, branches or pine cones, illness, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, natural disasters, etc. Guests are advised to take out insurance covering both their equipment and campsite risks. Italy Camping Village’s internal rules are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
CAMPING RULES 1. On arrival each camper must hand over to the reception office an official identification document for campsite and police registration. 2. The camper must check the registration and notify immediately any mistake or variation. 3. The pitch can be chosen by the camper keeping in mind the indications of the personnel and be changed only with permission. 4. All kinds of vehicles, particularly motorized ones, can be used only for moving to and from the campsite during the permitted times. Drivers must keep a very moderate speed (10 km/h) and respect the various signs within the campsite. 5. Campers must respect other people’s peace at all times. During the siesta time (from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) the use of vehicles, televisions, radios and other sourcesof noise, are not allowed. 6. It is forbidden to: • dispose of waste, other than in the provided containers; • wash at the taps in the field; • light fires in the campsite as well as on the beach; • dig holes or canals in the ground; • erect fencing or ropes at shoulder level. 7. Minors are accepted only if accompanied by their parents. 8. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their children at all times. At no time must children’s noisiness, habits or liveliness cause disturbance to other campers. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the toilet and washing facilities by a grown-up person. 9. No responsibility is accepted by the management for lost or stolen objects or for damage to persons or property not due to direct negligence of the camp staff, nor for damage caused by bad weather or circumstances beyond our control. 10. Campers are expected to comply with any warning or other advice given by the camp staff in particular situations. 11. Visitors of our guests may not enter the camping area without regular permission of the management. At their acceptance they will have to hand over their identity documents and they will have to pay a day rate. 12. Dogs and other pets into all the campsite are not admitted. 13. The circulation on bikes after 9 p.m. is not allowed to children. 14. Due to the new normatives regarding safety and environmental awareness, it is not permitted to use wood or coal barbécues on the Campsite. We ask you please to use the provided area at the north-east part of the site. The present campsite regulations are distributed on arrival and displayed at the office. Entering the campsite means complete acceptance of them. The management reserves the right to turn away anyone who is considered to be in conflict with the harmony and safety of the camp-site.
