I. THUNDER- Electrohydropulse units: A range of devices designed for cleaning pipes ranging from 7 to 600 mm I.D. The outstanding feature of the ® THUNDER units is their ability to remove any scale and deposit.

Main applications for THUNDER® units: Heat exchangers; Boilers Heating, water supply and drainage systems; Pipelines; Blow wells; Other types of pipes (oil-well tubing, apparatus in aluminium smelting works, crude oil preheaters, electric furnace cooling systems etc.).

The principle behind the operation of THUNDER® units:

The principle is based on the exploitation of the energy of a high voltage discharge in water. The discharge produces a shock wave and hydrodynamic flows that destroy scale and deposits without damaging the pipe (see the drawing).

The benefits of cleaning using THUNDER® units: Almost any kind of scale or deposit is removed. II.TORNADO- air pistol

Compact device that is surprisingly easy to use allows spot cleaning of heat exchangers, the removal of the blockages in water supply and drainage systems up to 150 mm in diameter. The distance from the point from which the TORNADO® air pistol shots to the blockage can be as much as 50 meters.

- Maximum effective range is 50 m.

Special features: - Spot cleaning of heating devices with Typhoon enables complete removal of deposits in heating systems. This is impossible using standard hydropneumatic flushing.

- Allows complete cleaning of heating system without dismantling and without any chemicals, e.g. during heating season.

- It can be used also as a plumber's tool for the removal of blockages in outlets, drainage, water system piping.

- It is usually used in conjunction with a TR-241 unit and a Mini-Rooter.

III. ULTRASONIC DEVICE FOR PREVENT FORMATION OF DEPOSIT “THUNDER-SONIC” « THUNDER-SONIC » is a line of modified ultrasonic devices. These devices are used to prevent formation of deposits in boilers, heat exchangers, water supply and heating pipes. Magnetostrictors installed on the equipment to be protected excite ultrasonic frequency vibrations in metal. This completely inhibits the formation of any fouling, moreover, existing deposits become flocculent within 16 months of the introduction of THUNDER-SONIC and can be easily removed either by THUNDER® units or mechanically or by pneumatic flushing. As time goes on, sediments are often completely spontaneously removed. "THUNDER-SONIC A", an explosion-proof version, is designed for the gas and oil-refining and petrochemical industries..

Configuration: The device consists of an electrical pulse generator and magnetostrictors, which are designed as non-linear acoustic resonance emitters with a center frequency 22 KHz. Different types of generators and different numbers of magnetostrictors are used depending on the type and dimensions of the heating equipment.

Due to formation of small turbulent layer behind the heated wall THUNDER-SONIC also initiates another positive effects, such as: - inhibition of oxidation (burning) of fluids in heaters which are being used for various oils, chocolate, milk etc.
