Axial piston pumps
External gear pumps
Axial piston pumps in swashplate and bent-axis design are designed for the medium and high-pressure ranges. Variations in design, output range and control options ensure optimum solutions for stationary applications.
Gear pumps are classic in the field of hydraulics. Solo-pumps, multiple pumps and low-noise "silence" pumps in seven series offer a multitude of application possibilities.
Performance profile n Displacement 5 to 1000 cm³ n Nominal pressure up to 400 bar n Maximum speed up to 5600 rpm n Maximum power 933 kW n Modular controllers: hydromechanical and electrohydraulic controllers
Performance profile n Displacement 1 to 63 cm³ (up to 100 cm³ on inquiry) n Nominal pressure up to 280 bar n For optimum efficiency: Pressurerelated gap sealing and high manufacturing precision n Design variants with different flanges, shafts, built-on valves and multiple-pump combinations
Internal gear pumps
Vane pumps
Radial piston pumps
Internal gear pumps are suitable for operation at a continuous pressure of up to 315 bar (depending on size). Compact design with particularly high energy density and minimum space requirements.
Our vane pump frame sizes are mainly used in the low and medium pressure ranges.
Radial piston pumps are used for the high-pressure range (operating pressures up to 700 bar). Valvecontrolled, self-priming pumps with a fixed displacement.

High-response valves
Servo-valves
Proportional valves are used as directional, pressure and flow control valves. Using integrated electronics (OBE), they reduce the cabling effort and simplify handling while offering exact reproducibility and low manufacturing tolerances.
High-response valves are compact and robust. They are convincing in their high dynamics and control accuracy with closed-loop control of position, velocity, pressure and force.
Servo-valves are hydraulically pilotoperated 2- or 3-stage directional valves. Because of their high dynamics they are used predominantly for the closed-loop controls of position, force or pressure, and velocity.
