OUR OFFER The manufacturing of components for railway superstructure has been a long tradition at the , a.s. The first fastenings were manufactured here as early as 1908. At present we produce base plates, fishplates, clips, bridge base plates and gauge bars not only for public railways and sidings, but also for city tramlines and mine railroads. Our basic production program includes more than 40 basic profiles and over 200 modifications of the product which are manufactured from the convertor continuously cast steel. All products are made according to EC Standards and International UIC Standards. The system of Quality control is based on the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2000.

CO M P O N E N T S F O R R A I LWAYS AND TRAMLINES BASE PLATES AND BRIDGE BASE PLATES Base plates are produced by shearing or sawing. Milling operations are performed on automatic lines. Holes are made by punching or drilling in spacings according to the customers requirements. Milling and drilling operations can be performed within one fixing of the base plate on the up-to-date milling machine with CNC system and on the drilling machine. Marking of the base plates is performed by rolling or by stamping.
