Congratulations!
And welcome to Rendcomb College. As you enter into Year 7, there are some key pieces of knowledge you will need!
This small survival guide contains everything you need to know, from what to bring in your pencil case to a map of the college (in the centre of the guide).
Most importantly, there are three things you must remember for your Rendcomb College journey: be Thoughtful, be Adventurous, and last but definitely not least... be Ambitious!

What to do if you are feeling unwell
Help! I need to miss a lesson, I can’t do my homework and I don’t feel well!
Don’t Panic!
Get your parent/guardian to e-mail your teacher the reason why you won’t be in lessons the day BEFORE the lesson.
Follow up with your teacher after the lesson for any catch up work.
Make use of Microsoft Teams to chat or video call your class-mates about homework. NO COPYING!
Email your teacher or ask them - they are there to help if you are struggling.
If you feel unwell during school, tell someone. Go to the Main College reception desk and ask to see Sister - take a friend with you if you prefer.
