I'M RENEE Do you have a passion for self-development as I do?

At the age of 48 years I discovered about the BRAIN's amazing ability to effectively ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE or ENJOY emotions from unwanted circumstances. Training brain to maintain inner peace despite challenges.

I have found after sharing this life changing information the past 4 years with 100's of individuals, a common denominator that motivated the desire to not just "saying and wanting" to make a change but to actually MAKE THE CHANGE was one's self worth.

SELF-LOVE The brain can be your best friend forever (BFF). The brain can ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE unloveable, unworthy or undeserving feelings. Where do such feelings come from? In many cases past experiences linked with very overly charged low vibe emotions can cause feelings to keep resurfacing. Is there something YOU can do about it? Yes! You can address these situations, so that the lingering emotion detaches from the experience. If this sounds interesting to you continue! Briefly focus on what is the problem (video) Ask yourself, what does it feel like? When did it 1st start to feel this way? How could it have been worse? Is there an image, sensation or smell or "individual" attached?

Now re-engage your mind...Distraction (video) Mentally have your brain focus on something else, play a short game on your phone, watch a positive tiktok video. Do math or play the alphabet game in your head.

Go to a HAPPY thought Pick a memory that always makes you smile not matter what!! You should feel the emotion in your body!! Can't find a memory, imagine one. What have you always wanted to do or be! Imagine you are doing or being that person, feel it!! OR JUST LISTEN TO A HAPPY SONG AND/OR DANCE TO A FEEL GOOD SONG!! SELF-LOVE

CONTINUE YOUR PROGRESS! PEACE LIST Use this journal to list and track all situations that happened in your lifetime that impede your current emotions. When you address the oldest events, it will have a positive domino effect to current age. As you address situations the more resilient and resourceful your brain will become at handling any situation in life.
