At the age of 48 years I discovered about the BRAIN's amazing ability to effectively ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE or ENJOY emotions from unwanted circumstances. No longer allowing past situations to impede my current emotions and actions. I did this with a simple 3 step thought process that I learned online.

Healing the subconscious mind and clearing issues from a deep level makes the brain your BBF. Resulting in being able to easily maintain inner peace despite challenges.

The brain can be your best friend forever (BFF). I'm going to share some basics about the..... THE CONSCIOUS & SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

The Conscious Mind Logic keeps you safe with it's ability to reason, it knows how to utilize lower vibe emotions for sounding alarm when needed. When to use and when to cease. When to use?

When one fails to set boundaries - Resentment When there is immediate danger - Fear When one goes against their conscious - Guilt/Shame To acknowledge wrongs or injustice - Righteous Anger / Hate To acknowledge hurtful word or actions - Sadness/Grief When non emotional reaction is needed for emergency Apathy (like a dr, firefighter, police) THE BRAIN

So the brain will ACCEPT/FEEL/RELEASE when the subconscious mind and conscious mind are in synch. It does it naturally and automatically.

When it is not in synch ...

Experiences that cause lower vibe emotions become overly charged and makes it difficult for the subconscious to know it should release. Lower vibe emotions will then rule!!

When programmed wisely how (subconscious) helps:

Once something learned one does not have to keep relearning...how to drive, walk, do math, write and etc. You can re-live great experiences deepens bonds and attachments. Your imagination motivates and keeps alive hope. It instinctively has one think, do and say things that keep one moving in the direction of goals and wants. Can keep one in high vibe emotions even when challenged. Not easily altered or overwhelmed. Minimal mood changes Can help the body to heal.

When programmed unwisely how it impedes Can create phobia's, emotional outbursts and uncontrolled thoughts/reactions/behaviors. Can re-live bad experiences, and make a person feel as if they were here and now. Lower vibe emotions become erratic, random and uncontrollable. A emotional rollercoaster varying from circumstance to circumstance and varying throughout the day or week. It becomes the "NORM". Can manifest stress into pain, disease and illness. Self-sabotage or create resistance.

Briefly focus on what is the problem (video) Ask yourself, what does it feel like? When did it 1st start to feel this way? How could it have been worse? Is there an image, sensation or smell or "individual" attached?

Now re-engage your mind...Distraction (video) Mentally have your brain focus on something else, listen to a HAPPY song, play a short game on your phone, watch a positive tiktok video. Do math or play the alphabet game in your head,

Go to a HAPPY thought Pick a memory that always makes you smile not matter what!! You should feel the emotion in your body!! Can't find a memory, imagine one. What have you always wanted to do or be! Imagine you are doing or being that person, feel it!! THE BRAIN
