Do you have a passion for self-development as I do?

At the age of 48 years I discovered about the BRAIN's amazing ability to effectively ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE or ENJOY emotions from unwanted circumstances. No longer allowing past situations to impede my current emotions and actions. I did this with a simple 3 step thought process that I learned online. Healing the subconscious mind and clearing issues from a deep level makes the brain your BBF. Resulting in being able to easily maintain inner peace despite challenges. I implemented all the information I share and my desire is that you will find it as useful too!

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF THE BRAIN The brain is can be your best friend forever (BFF). So why is it sometimes a "frenemy"? The "software" that is input into it, makes a difference in how it functions! Example: At 5 years of age a child had a bad experience with an animal. How the experience played out and the emotion that is attached to it, will forever be recorded so to speak in the subconscious. And develops a automatic response to that animal. The brain can ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE? The experience will not be recorded as something to be remembered so intensely forever. Anytime before, during or after an experience you can install "software" so the brain can ACCEPT, FEEL & RELEASE healing itself from trauma. MAKE YOUR BRAIN YOUR BFF

THE BRAIN

This is what I learned about the subconscious and conscious part of the brain. CONSCIOUS/SUBCONSCIOUS

They are fed and operate differently. The amazing conscious part is logical, it can analyze, make goals and give you willpower. It is also for short term memory. Now the subconscious is even more amazing, it controls the majority of what is thought, felt, said and done each day! It's where the imagination, creativity, emotions and habits come from to name a few amazing things!

The subconscious cannot tell time or reason...as I say it regurgitates what it was fed (the experience and emotion attached). So if a teacher says to a child you are "not smart" that recorded "experience and "emotion" (subconscious) will stay alive if believed by the child, even after becoming very successful the best in their field. The brain will still make that individual "believe and feel" not smart. (conscious mind)

Briefly focus on what is the problem (video) Ask yourself, what does it feel like? When did it 1st start to feel this way? How could it have been worse? Is there an image, sensation or smell or "individual" attached?

Now re-engage your mind...Distraction (video) Mentally have your brain focus on something else, listen to a HAPPY song, play a short game on your phone, watch a positive tiktok video. Do math or play the alphabet game in your head,

Go to a HAPPY memory Pick a memory that always makes you smile not matter what!! You should feel the emotion in your body!! Can't find a memory, imagine one. What have you always wanted to do or be! Imagine you are doing or being that person, feel it!!
