Your Wedding Day Arrival Receptions Whether your event is of the intimate kind or if you have a large party to entertain, let us welcome your guests with either a reserved area on our cosmopolitan Terrace, luxurious Champagne Lounge or in our hidden gem the Park Suite Foyer, no matter which option you select the glorious red carpet will await you. Enjoy a drinks reception from refreshing summer Pimms to a warm winter cocktail, or even treat your guests to one of our array of vintage and exquisite Champagnes. Whilst you and your partner are having photographs why not treat your guests to some light snacks or individually prepared canapĂŠs. Wedding Breakfast Enjoy yourWedding Breakfast in one of our private event suites. With a choice of Leopold, Grand Suite andVictorias there is a suite to accommodate 10 to 170 guests. Our menus are carefully created by our team of chefs but should you require a bespoke menu we will ensure to take the time to discuss your requirements and create the perfect selection for your party. Evening Reception We are a fully licensed venue until 1am and can apply for a late licence until 2am Enhance your evening reception with a buffet offering, select from our finger buffet menu where we can offer delicious individually prepared items.
Your Wedding Ceremony In addition to hosting wedding receptions Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for up to 180 guests. Our Leopold Suite has an optional separate entrance, is bathed in natural daylight, and comes complete with a red carpet on arrival. Our Grand Suite has a grand entrance with our famous staircase, and comes complete with a red carpet. There will be two silver thrones for you both when signing the register, just to make you feel extra special on your memorable day. Something extra: Let your Wedding Co-ordinator enhance the setup by involving some local, specialised and trusted suppliers at a modest supplement. Grand Suite Our stunning Grand Suite and ballroom is the perfect room for a glamorous private event. The room has its own bar and stage and can accommodate up to 120 people banquet style and 200 reception style. Victorias For larger events please have a look at our beautifulVictorias Brasserie with views overlooking St Aubins Bay the restaurant can accommodate up to 180 guests banquet style. Beatrice Suite The Beatrice Suite can accommodate up to 16 guests and is a perfect choice for an intimate private dining experience. The room is neutrally decorated with natural daylight. The Alice Suite The smallest of our event spaces the Alice Suite can accommodate up to 10 guests for a private event. The room is neutrally decorated with natural daylight.
Our Event Suites Leopold, Arthur & Alfred Suite Our Leopold Suite can accommodate up to 60 guests in a private dining style.The room can be divided which then becomes Arthur & Alfred. Both Arthur and Alfred can accommodate up to 20 guests theatre style or 20 guests private dining style.
