A plan to build three skyscrapers in Midtown, including one that could top out at 60 stories, is moving forward, according to a report from Atlanta Business Chronicle. On Feb. 5, plans were formally led in Atlanta for Midtown’s long-vacant “symphony center” site at 98 14th Street. e 4.5-acre site is sandwiched between the 50-story One Atlantic Center and the 41-story 1180 Peachtree tower. A development team including New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. and international design rm Arquitectonica are proposing a nearly 2 million-square-foot development with three towers. In total, the project could include 90,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, 1,300 apartments, 340 hotel rooms and about 1,500 parking spaces.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has appointed Jonathan Kiser as Relocation Director. Kiser will be responsible for representing Coldwell Banker with local businesses, meeting with associates and managing brokers and leading e orts to increase performance of the department.

rive Homes will begin construction on a new development in Decatur called Seven Twelve Oakviews this month with townhomes ranging in size from 2,074 to 2,309 square feet with three and four bedrooms. e townhomes will also feature roo op terraces, two-car garages and high-end nishes. Located on Oakview Road, the homes are expected to be nished this summer.

Renderings have emerged for a mixed-use development proposed for property located behind the historic Druid Hills Baptist Church in Poncey-Highland. According to a report at Curbed Atlanta, the project would not threaten the main building of the 100-year-old church, but would ultimately result in the destruction and replacement of adjoining buildings that are home to a Montessori school and o ce space. Early documents suggested the site would include 115 “dwelling units,” as well as o ce space, street-level retail and additional parking. e project would front North Highland, Blue Ride and Seminole avenues.
