Shirley Gary, Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, received three top 2014 North America Awards during the recent Engel & Völkers’ annual Exchange Event hosted in Las Vegas. Lisa Robinson, Sandy Epstein, Scott Payne and Trina Grimes, top real estate producers with Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, were also recognized for their outstanding efforts during 2014. This was the first year that Engel & Völkers, the European-based premium real estate brand, has presented the North America Awards.

Real estate developer Hines plans to build a 220,000-square-foot development at Atlantic Station targeted at technology companies and others who seek “creative” office space. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Hines’ seven-story development, described as a new “old” office building, will be located on a 1-acre parcel, currently a surface parking lot, near the Millennium Gate on 17th Street.
