ERIC LIEBERMAN VP OF FORWARD PLANNING

Eric Lieberman, a seasoned professional in land use consulting, began his career at Loma Engineering in 1985. He quickly proved his capabilities and was recruited by the renowned real estate law firm, Pircher, Nichols and Meeks. Eric gained notoriety as the founder of QES, Inc. in 1991, significantly influencing Southern California’s real estate development with their comprehensive services.

Eric’s expertise led him to execute projects exceeding $250 million, establishing QES as a top land-use consulting firm. In 1997, Eric’s reputation earned him the position of Director of Forward Planning for a national home builder, successfully managing community master-planning processes across Southern California.

In 1999, Eric returned to QES as President and CEO, overseeing successful outcomes for various development projects. His exceptional performance has attracted major clients such as AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc., Pulte Homes, and Williams Homes.

Eric’s success goes beyond professional achievements; his vision and dedication to fostering quality development in the communities he serves sets him apart. JULIE HASKILL DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

As the Marketing and Communications Director, Julie develops and executes strategic marketing plans that span all communication media for Arthrotó. Her role includes developing marketing and communication strategies and overseeing the brand image through strategic messaging.

Julie is a dynamic, certified Communications professional with a career that spans over 15 years. She has a robust background in social media, media relations, brand reputation management, and graphic and web design. Julie possesses an exceptional understanding of the online media landscape. She leverages her insights to connect clients with their customers in meaningful and lasting ways.

She graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and specialized in New Media Production Design, Digital Marketing, and Communications. Julie holds certifications from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).

Julie is a passionate creative, transforming business goals into visible, tangible, and profitable realities. At the heart of Julie’s approach is the belief in authenticity and meaningful engagement. This authenticity, coupled with her branding, marketing, and strategic communication skills, has allowed her to drive successful initiatives for private and public-sector organizations.
