Starting from 1991, the year of the foundation in Lugano of MABETEX Project Engineering by Mr. Behgjet Pacolli, it began an open, determined, continuous challenge and an adventure exciting, stimulating and daring that has raised the company more and more in the restricted group of the most prestigious and renowned brands in the world ranking of the “Global Engineering and Construction Company”.
