Few workers

Matthew 9:36–38 When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out, like sheep without a shepherd.

" Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest."

No matter how great the harvest is, it will always be greater than the workers sent to harvest it. In reality the numbers are relatively small in comparison to those who are tares or non-producing wheat.

Just look at the numbers of those saved or recovering in any form based on the total population … the numbers are miniscule by comparison. Truth is, we care called to go out but it is the Holy Spirit that does the harvesting. Thank you Holy Spirit for your perseverance in spite of the incredible odds ...

Land in rebellion

Proverbs 28:1-3 The wicked flee when no one is pursuing [them], but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

When a land is in rebellion, it has many rulers, but with a discerning and knowledgeable person, it endures.

A destitute leader who oppresses the poor is like a driving rain that leaves no food.

1.) Call it a conscience.

2.) Rebellion has its price.

3.) Spiritually destitute leadership is blind.
