Be fruitful a second time

Genesis 8:15-17 Then God spoke to Noah, "Come out of the ark, you, your wife, your sons, and your sons' wives with you.

Bring out every living thing of all flesh that is with you-birds, livestock, creatures that crawl on the ground-and they will spread over the earth and be fruitful and multiply on the earth."

This was the second time God asked man to multiply and cover the earth. The first time did not go well. Instead of destroying man the second time, however, He chose to destroy His Son, Jesus, instead. In our stead.
