The market has seen a massive spurt in the number of vegetable vendors, this accounts to the eviction of hawkers from nearby markets. The key findings of conflict were between the formal and informal vendors and large scale reproduction of services was observed in the site. Encroachment of entry and exits and the lack of parking space is the primary reason for congestion along the street.

Drawing on the lines of the low carbon city, the proposal aims to revive the lost heritage of the iron industry in Mojiko. The primary idea is to reboot the iron industry (forming a bridge between spaces and people), in an attempt to revive the lost commercial importance of the area. This well-knit system would boost the activities of the region and would lead to economic growth and development.

The basic mass of the built form is kept low in height (G+1) and spread horizontally to avoid climbing staircases especially in hot climates such as Patna. However, the ground coverage is kept at 30 percent giving the school sufficient space for play areas and other activities.

The classrooms have acoustically enhanced peculiar shapes with welcoming daylight to enhance their ambiance. A decent amount of shaded areas and mini courtyards which is designed to act as multifunctional area. The assembly area is also shaded using a truss and UV Protective Glass System.
