Chakraborty, Abhradeep I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree from School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. With a keen interest in design and molding ideas, I am intrigued by the word ‘why.’ My works have a sense of fantasy and practicality and overlay complicated concepts and philosophies with their practical applications in day to day life.

Beast Of Burden

The world is virtual now, living a 15 minutes life in a game, pushing with a squad, different from life. I still take an hour to complete a full sketch relishing the joy of its completion, but now I know how much of my life I lost. You came in and helped me connect; progress they call it, but then you broke down. The contact list has changed. I do not have many numbers anymore only those who matter and i started talking to those who really matter. New and strong bonds formed and my life became a free from the fake mask i wore. The contact list is short but a happy one. Its a subtle change but a great one. Don’t let your phone trap you anymore!

Arriving Somewhere but Not Here

Everyone is a hero in their story and has views that are right in certain contexts. But we need to sit back, try to think from the eye of another, think of the beauty they see, appreciate it together, and leave it there for another one to appreciate it too. We all are a minimalistic part of this vast cosmos, and our actions can only destroy only one planet but there are millions more out there, and the beauty will never go off. This time get out of the small budget movies of your life and become a part of the bigger picture. Don’t spend your whole life worrying about where you are going but rather how you go there. Don’t curb your desire but appreciate what you love and have respect for everything no matter how small or big it is. Because even the tiniest of the particles can mess a whole race of living.

Where the Streets Have No Name

A world with more walls than doors, guided by one simple line - the circle is truth. That’s the ultimate fact. People make paths for themselves that best suit their needs, thus creating a network. Today it has become a global phenomenon and these paths have turned into spaces of activity. From physical to social, these nameless paths have become the most important part of our life.

Karma Police

Big bang was a nuclear fission, characterized by a heavy nuclei collision followed by immense release of energy eventually leading to the creation of the known universe. This got me thinking, that each particle is a potential energy source for the whole goddamn universe. Yet we treat somethings, someones and somewheres as inferior to ourselves all based on a little thought of us of a society which is the center of every human centric emotions. Energy has the power to create as well as destroy, high time we realize we are not the center of it all and there are other beings creating it.
