Opportunity Overview Marquee Playa Hotel is a brand new boutique hotel opening this December 2017. Ideally located half a block from the famous 12th street night life and surrounded by the best shopping and restaurants that Playa del Carmen has to offer. With an interior design style that mixes hollywood glam and riviera maya beach luxe style. Our personality is always inclusive, we encourage connection and indulgence. Food & Beverage Opportunity We offer two separate food & beverage opportunities within the property at Marquee Playa Hotel. The ground floor restaurant is arguably the best location in the city for a new restaurant. Located half a block from the 12th street night life such as Coco Bongo, Mandala, Catch at Thompson and more. This area is surrounded by restaurants, night clubs and shopping. We are a block away from the new Calle Corazon commercial mixeduse lifestyle project and the world famous 5th avenue. The second opportunity is our rooftop bar with full kitchen. Marquee Playa Hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Carmen and the rooftop bar will feature breathtaking unobstructed views of the city. We are looking for the right partner who is looking to offer the same level of service and quality as we do and for a restaurant style and concept which is a compliment to Marquee Playa Hotel. We are open to several different agreement structures depending on the interested party.
