COMPLETION
ORIGO Developers is committed to give a completely finished and habitable apartment, as well as in the common areas (pool, gym, amenities, etc.)
RECEPTION AND PAY
The client is committed to receive the apartment, and therefore required to complete the deal according to the agreed-upon price once this apartment is completely finished and habitable.
PAPERWORK
The client will have to present the following paperwork when signing the contract; (1)General Information (Name, Nationality, age, address, etc..), (2)Official Identification with a Photograph, (3)Official Signature.
CLOSING COSTS
The client is committed to cover the Public Notary´s closing costs.
REGULATION AND MAINTENANCE
The client is committed to fulfill the condominum´s regulations and to pay the quota of corresponding maintenance.
PRIMARY SERVICES
Utilities, such as lights, water, gas and telephone, are responsibility of the client.
REGISTRATION CONSTRUCTION MODIFICATIONS
ORIGO Developers is committed to register the client under the condominum´s regime of 6 – 8 months subsequent to the delivery of the apartment. The contract does not plan for construction modifications of any type.
