ORIGO suggests that any sales agent wishing to be involved sign a commission payment agreement beforehand.

Important Clauses for Clients PENALIZATION

ORIGO Developers is committed to give the apartment on a specific date to the client and the client will receive it on a specific date with penalties for both parties.

DELIVERY NOTICE

ORIGO Developers is committed to give an advanced 30-day notice to the client on the apartment´s delivery

COMPLETION

ORIGO Developers is committed to give a completely finished and habitable apartment, as well as in the common areas (pool, gym, amenities, etc.)

RECEPTION AND PAY

The client is committed to receive the apartment, and therefore required to complete the deal according to the agreed-upon price once this apartment is completely finished and habitable.

PAPERWORK

The client will have to present the following paperwork when signing the contract; (1)General Information (Name, Nationality, age, address, etc..), (2)Official Identification with a Photograph, (3)Official Signature.

CLOSING COSTS

The client is committed to cover the Public Notary´s closing costs.

REGULATION AND MAINTENANCE

The client is committed to fulfill the condominum´s regulations and to pay the quota of corresponding maintenance.

PRIMARY SERVICES

Utilities, such as lights, water, gas and telephone, are responsibility of the client.

REGISTRATION CONSTRUCTION MODIFICATIONS

ORIGO Developers is committed to register the client under the condominum´s regime of 6 – 8 months subsequent to the delivery of the apartment. The contract does not plan for construction modifications of any type.

Best Riviera Rentals Best Riviera Rentals, a business of ORIGO Developers, focuses to solve the necessities of its clients in the following way:

Aid with unit preparation (Hiring and payment of services, furnishing, etc), supervision of third-party work, service calls for maintenance issues, monthly cleaning and internal maintenance.

INVESTMENT

To generate a return on your investment from the rent. To publish your unit in BRR´s page, www.bestrivierarentals.com, to market and administratively handle the renters, to guarantee the appropriate use of the unit.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Preparations of the unit before the arrival of the owner and/or user (cleaning, purchase of supplies, preparing the Jacuzzi, etc.), internet service, TV and telephone, discounts and/or better car-rental prices, aquatic park, restaurants, etc.

Can I rent my apartment to whomever I please? Affirmative; Every person is responsible for his own property. The only requirement is that the renters should respect the established commercial rules, as well as the internal procedures.

Can I have ¨For Rent¨ signs showing from my apartment? Negative; The signs negatively affect the visual quality of the place.

How many parking lot (s) come with the apartment? Each apartment has the right to one roof-covered parking lot.
