Long Lake is an eleven mile lake with an average depth of 23 ft and max. depth of 59 ft , between the towns of Naples, Bridgton, and Harrison. Fishing enthusiasts may catch landlocked salmon, small and large mouth bass, and chain pickerel. Brandy Pond is also known as Bay of Naples. It's a connecting body of water between Long Lake and Sebago Lake. With an area of 762 acres, the maximum depth is about 44 feet. Because Brandy Pond serves as a passageway between Sebago Lake and Long Lake, coldwater fi sh species such as landlocked salmon, brook trout, and brown trout can all be found within its waters.

Trickey Pond is nearby on Rt 114, a 315 acre body of water with a max. 55' depth and exceptionally clear. The pond produces high quality landlocked salmon, and provides good habitat for adult brook trout, lake trout and splake. A portion of Sebago Lake State Park is in Naples, a very popular destination for its sandy beach, woodland walking trails, picnic areas, playground, restrooms, boat launching and 250 campsites on 1400 acres. The Songo Lock is the last working lock from the 30-plus locks built in the 1830s which linked Long Lake to the Atlantic Ocean near Portland via the Cumberland and Oxford Canal. Songo Lock connects Sebago Lake to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. The Songo Lock was rebuilt in 1911 by the Sebago Lake Improvement Company for water level control. The Lock is in Sebago Lake State Park between Naples and Casco off U.S. Route 302 and is now used primarily during the summer months by boaters wanting to travel between the two bodies of water. Visitors must pay a fee to travel through the lock by boat. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and is maintained by the State of Maine. For more in depth history and maps of the C & O please visit the Naples Museum.
