The RGS Today Tuesday 12 May 2020 Issue 450

General Reminders House Event: As highlighted during yesterday’s assembly, in the absence of House competitions this term, we have decided to hold a House Lockdown Competition with the aim of getting as many boys involved as possible. To that end, boys will be able to choose from any one of the following categories and entries can be serious or comedic. Obviously, boys are allowed, or even encouraged, to work with others in their House, if that is appropriate, to produce: a limerick; cartoon or drawing; drama or comedy sketch; musical composition etc. There are two age categories: Juniors (First, Second and Third Forms) and Seniors (Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Forms). All entries need to be submitted by 9.00am in just under a week on Monday 18 May to their Housemasters. These will then be forwarded to the staff judging the competition. House points will be awarded for this event and so it will count towards the overall Cock House competition (MRJ). Weekly Sporting Challenge: See the noticeboard below for details of this week’s Weekly Sporting Challenge; it is open to absolutely everyone, so have a go (GDGC)!
