Taking place across four days, a team of eight inspectors observed lessons and extracurricular activities, examined work, had discussion with pupils, staff and governors, attended form meetings and assemblies, visited the youngest pupils’ facilities, learning support and educational resource areas, as well as reviewed responses from parents, pupils and staff to pre-inspection questionnaires. This was alongside other documents made available by the schools.
