MONTHLY REPORT (Ref.001) NAME: Rachel Sanders ELECTED POST: RAG Chair DATE: 3.6.2014 Update and achievements from previous month • Torcher parade on 3rd May, float made and volunteers parading • Continued promotion of the Kilt Walk, Students took part in Kilt Walk on 1st June • Preparing hand over, compiled 6 folders and 2 USBs of documents. • Continue to support students with their challenge events Outline and plan, with timeline, for current month • Handover with Niamh, first meeting arranged for 6/6 • RAG Impact report and end of year report to be produced • Sponsorship packages to be explored • Impact of move to Garthdee report to be amended • Planning for Heads and Tails at Grad Ball • Bag Pack planned for 28/6 to raise budget funds for RAG 14/15 Personal objectives/Manifesto update Growing RAG Planning for the future; sponsorship, challenge partners etc. More Local Volunteering and Community Engagement Promotion of Oxjam Aberdeen International Challenges and Volunteering Met with Childreach international to discuss potential future events.
