MONTHLY REPORT (Ref.001) NAME: Paddy Maughan ELECTED POST: President Sport and Physical Activity DATE: 09.12.13 Update and achievements from previous month Fixtures are now completed for semester 1- rearranged fixtures are booked in for semester 2 Club memberships are currently at approx 900 members Blues ball tender work has begun Met with kit suppliers to prepare for kit tender in the new year Outline and plan, with timeline, for current month Begin planning kit tender Publish blues ball tender Launch Intramural programme for semester 2 Begin planning MH fayre along with SM for semester 2 Personal objectives/Manifesto update Costitution done- clarify sport position within the Union Team objectives/progress update Constitution DONE Campaign(s) proposal outline (Please remember to submit your completed campaign form.) Currently planning a ‘Laces’ campaign along with Alasdair Lemon and Duncan Cockburn-funding to support buying laces?
