There’s nowhere quite like Rheged, it’s where we share every aspect of what we love about Cumbria. The arts meet good food, shopping, family and fun under the largest grass roof for miles around. This Christmas at Rheged we are focussing on the 5 big weekends leading up to Christmas, celebrating Cumbrian talent and the things we love at Rheged. New for this year…We have searched the country and are delighted to bring you a new Pantomime company with a production of Beauty and the Beast along with a family theatre production called Lily and the Little Snow Bear.

This year we have some classic Christmas films, the new Murder on the Orient Express movie and The Nutcracker Ballet screened live, together with a New Year’s Eve classical music concert. We have a range of new gift ideas and festive food and the halls are decked not with holly but with garlands, wreaths and a giant Christmas tree. And of course Santa is returning to his magical forest, book now so you don’t miss out.
