Father’s Day Sausage Making Masterclass Lipton Room | Sunday 19 June | 1500hrs to 1700hrs Led by our Executive Chef Paul Fong, the masterclass will begin with a demonstration of how we make our signature sausages here at the Club, from grinding to seasoning to filling. Participants can opt to blend their own ingredients, beer, herbs, spices and more to create their own signature sausage or follow our tried and tested recipes. For those who wish to taste-test, a frying pan will be available for testing small batches of the seasoned sausage meat before moving onto the stuffing casing stage. Sausage making will be alongside a free flow tap of Hong Kong’s original Craft Brewery Young Master Ales. All participants will take home their own 500-gram sausage at the end of the event, what better way to enjoy Father’s Day! $398 per person Limited 20 seats available.
