March 12th 2014 Dear Parent / Carer, We would like to invite you to support our Year 10 and Year 11 BTEC Performing Arts‟ students by attending an amazing theatrical performance – entitled “Blaze of Glory.” It is a Western, based on the themes of passion, intrigue, betrayal and unrequited love, and it is set against a phenomenal background of live music, including that of Bon Jovi and Guns „n‟ Roses. Tickets cost just £2 each, and the performances will take place on the evenings of April 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The play will run from 7pm to 9pm. “Wild Western” style refreshments will be available from Beverley‟s Fine Diner, and - as an added attraction - we are also inviting any member of the audience who wishes to do so, to attend the performance dressed in “Wild Western” style clothing (cowboy hats etc.) Our students have been working incredibly hard on this play, and they are very excited at the prospect of showcasing their talent to the local community. It is certain to be a fantastic, fun-filled, family occasion, and we would be delighted to see you there. Thank you. Yours sincerely,
Anna Booth (Miss) Head of Performing Arts‟.
