Cefn lea 2018

Date: 20/11/17 Dear Parent/Carer Your child has expressed an interest in going on the Cefn Lea Summer Camp 2018 from 2/7/18 until 6/7/18. This residential has become very popular within our students over the years.

The week consists of outdoor activities, team building games, sports, wet and wild day, paint balling/quad biking and ‘prom night’ on the last evening.

Students sleep in log cabins in rooms of four beds and the price includes all the meals and activities.

Four staff members incuding myself will accompany the students along with a full team from Hope Church Oswaldtwistle. They organise the week and supervise all the activities.

There is a non-refundable deposit of £50 required. We have limited places therefore we require deposit as soon as possible to secure a place on the trip for your child.

Once the deposit has been paid, you have signed the permission letter and returned the medical form attached, this confirms that you are committed to paying the full amount of the trip. If your child changes their mind with regards to going on the trip once the deposit has been paid, this is non-refundable, as we will still be charged by the travel company/activity centre and any monies already paid unfortunately cannot be reimbursed.

The full balance will need to be paid no later than 1/5/2018.

If your child cannot make the trip for medical reasons, a doctor’s note will be required, covering your child for the period of the trip. In this instance, any monies paid (excluding the deposit) will be reimbursed to yourself.
