Dear Parents and Carers, In order that the staff can prepare for the Open Evening on Tuesday 26 September, school will close at 12:35pm and the Belthorn bus has been booked for 12:45pm. Students who would like a lunch can pre-order a packed lunch consisting of; a sandwich, cake and a drink which they can collect at 12:35pm from the dining room. They will pre-order this lunch by completing an order form issued by their form tutor. The deadline to have this returned to the main office is Thursday 21 September, 12 noon. If these arrangements cause particular problems for any of our students, you should contact the appropriate year leader who will make arrangements for the students to be dismissed at the normal time.
