Belgrade Waterfront je jedna od najbolje povezanih lokacija u prestonici. Zahvaljujući novoj saobraćajnoj infrastrukturi omogućen je direktan pristup mostu Gazela, pa se u grad lako ulazi i iz njega izlazi međunarodnim autoputem E-75. Aerodrom Nikola Tesla Beograd nalazi se na 15 minuta vožnje automobilom, dok obližnji Savski most omogućava jednostavan protok saobraćaja između starog grada i Novog Beograda. Na metro stanici iza zgrade renovirane nekadašnje Glavne železničke stanice ukrštaće se prve dve linije podzemne železnice, čineći svaki deo grada lako dostupnim, a u okviru Belgrade Waterfronta i duž obala Save i Dunava već su obezbeđene brojne biciklističke staze.

BW Iris je slobodnostojeća višespratnica koja se nalazi u trećem redu zgrada od obale Save. Ova zgrada sa osamnaest spratova raspolaže sa 219 stambenih jedinica različitih veličina - od studio apartmana, stanova sa jednom, jednom i po, dve i tri spavaće sobe, do penthausa sa četiri spavaće sobe. Arhitektonsko rešenje zgrade obuhvata tri kaskadna bloka različitih visina, čiji oblik i proporcije oslikavaju jednostavan i moderan urbani karakter okruženja i stvaraju uličnu scenografiju. U zavisnosti od orijentacije, stanovi imaju pogled na susedne stambene zgrade, uređeno unutrašnje dvorište, reku ili panoramu grada obasjani su sunčevom svetlošću tokom celog dana.

BW Iris is a freestanding highrise residential building located in the third row of buildings from the Sava riverfront. The 18-storey edifice features 219 apartments of various sizes: from studio, 1 BR, 1.5 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR, to 4 BR penthouse. The building’s architectural design features three cascading blocks of different heights, with massing and proportions intended to reflect a simple yet modern urban character and create the mood of a street scene. Apartments benefit from all-day sun exposure, and depending on their orientation, have views of neighbouring residential buildings, the landscaped inner courtyard, the river, or the city panorama.
