Upon completion of this 90 -hour course, students should be able to understand the broad concepts of real estate and be prepared to complete the Illinois Salesman’s License Exam successfully. Under new laws in effect as of April 2011 all real estate salespersons are now called Brokers and owners are referred to as Managing Brokers.
