Neiman Marcus and Fashionphile will debut their first local Selling Studio in Scottsdale this month. Located at Neiman Marcus at Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Selling Studio will further luxury recommerce accessibility. Customers will receive immediate quotes on most items and receive same-day payments. Those who choose to reinvest in luxury fashion items at Neiman Marcus can opt to be paid with Neiman Marcus gift cards to receive a 10% bonus. In addition, shoppers will be able to pick up and drop off items purchased and sold on Fashionphile’s website. Since 2019, five Fashionphile locations have opened in Neiman Marcus stores, extending the life cycle of over 18,000 items and diverting them from landfill. PURR-FECT POP-UP

The Kitten Pop Up will return to Scottsdale Quarter this month. The events, taking place Aug. 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be hosted by Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL). Every summer (also known as “Kitten Season”), more than 1,200 kittens come through AAWL and the nonprofit hosts these events to help Valley residents find their purr-fect furry friend. Women-owned modern lifestyle brand Parachute recently opened its first Arizona storefront at Scottsdale Quarter. Consumers can expect products that were designed in Los Angeles and responsibly manufactured by expert craftspeople around the globe, using only premium quality materials. Inventory includes sheets, pillows, robes, rugs, towels, decor and more. The brand carries an Oeko-Tex certification, meaning its products are safely made without any harmful chemicals or synthetics. GRAPE EXPECTATIONS

On Aug. 6 and 7, Wrigley Mansion will debut a wine festival. The event will kick off Friday, Aug. 6 at 6 p.m. with an intimate Winemaker Dinner ($196) hosted by Scherrer Winery’s Fred Scherrer on the mansion’s veranda. Guests will enjoy a meal paired with pours from Scherrer Winery and live music. On Saturday from 5:30-8:30 p.m., winegoers can enjoy the Grand Wine Tasting ($150), a walk-around event featuring samples of more than 40 wines from across the world and bites from Wrigley Mansion’s chef Ashley Goddard. A portion of the proceeds from the Grand Wine Tasting will benefit Almost There Rescue. Tickets to the Grand Tasting gives attendees access to three separately ticketed interactive wine seminars being held Saturday afternoon. After a brief summer hiatus, Taliesin West’s Wine & Wright Tour will return this month as Sunset and Sips. Kicking off Aug. 12, the happy hour evening event – which will take place 6 to 8 p.m. select days through Nov. 4 – invites guests to linger in varous spaces on property with a drink. All tickets come with a beverage of choosing and access to select spaces on property, with staff present to answer questions. Bar service will be open until 7:30 p.m. for additional beverage purchases.
