Pick up the phone, we have questions! Eve Edmonds

EEDMONDS@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

I know better than to make political predictions...but do it anyway. So, pushing ahead in defiance of my own better judgment, I’d say the issue that will come back and bite the NDP in the backside could be health care. It’s ironic, and perhaps a bit unfair, given that B.C. was generally thought to have done better than most provinces on that file when facing the worst global health crisis of our lives — COVID-19. Despite dealing with something enormous and unprecedented, it seemed to me and many others if polls are to be believed that the NDP had a clear and steady approach to the pandemic. Keeping Dr. Bonnie Henry, the province’s medical health officer, front and centre answering questions at daily press briefings, I believe did a lot to instill public confidence. So, it’s bizarre to me that this same government is so lacking in an effective com-

munication strategy when it comes to almost every other health care issue. Case in point, the Richmond Hospital rebuild. It was in a public debate hosted by the Richmond News leading up to the October 2020 provincial election, that then-NDP candidate Kelly Greene was waving around a stack of papers, claiming they were the business case for the hospital renovations Richmond had been promised in the previous election. “Shovels will be in the ground in 2021,” was her confident prediction. Well, it’s 2022 and still no shovels. And, fair enough. Although the pandemic was already upon us when she said that, I don’t think most of us predicted all the variants to come. Nor was it well understood the very important difference between a vaccine and vaccination. In hindsight, the remarkable achievement of creating the former seems like child’s play compared to the challenge of actually doing the latter. So, I get it. We should cut the government some slack if a massive project like a hospital rebuild gets delayed. What I don’t get is why it took repeated emails

starting on May 27 to Vancouver Coastal Health to get anyone to actually talk to us about it. To be fair, MLA Greene gave us an interview within days and I appreciate that. But it boggles my mind that the whole process should be so difficult. And the hospital story (which was inspired by a letter to the editor, by the way) was nothing compared to what we went through trying to get a comment about the province’s plan to shift away from the pay-for-service model for family doctors to primary care clinics. We did that story because a Richmond family doctor reached out to us to explain how she’s overwhelmed and the government is doing too little to support her practice and, by extension, the very foundation of primary care. I’ll note that she was not alone, not just in being an overwhelmed family doctor, but in being an overwhelmed family doctor reaching out to the media. While we spoke to her, I noticed other media were also talking to doctors in their respective communities. This was part of an orchestrated campaign. Again, fair enough. Meanwhile, we couldn’t get interviews

with VCH, the health minister Adrian Dix or a local MLA to explain their side — because we knew there is another side. The province has recognized challenges with the fee-for-service model and has established a number of Urgent and Primary Care Clinics (UPCC) which are team-based and have different funding systems. It may well be a better system and we did our best to explain it, but no thanks to the politicians promoting it or the staff implementing it. In today’s paper, we have a letter (page 4) about the Lions Manor. Again, we’ll pester those in charge to tell us something, anything, about where things are at — wish us luck. Yes, I’m whining about how hard our job is, but these story ideas aren’t ours, they’re coming from the community. This isn’t to say the NDP is doing a bad job on healthcare, but their reticence doesn’t do them any service. I’m no media strategist, and should probably stay in my lane, but I don’t get why a government that could manage the biggest health crisis since the Spanish flu can’t seem to pick up a phone.

Court livestream brings openness Dear Editor, Re: “Court cases should not be livestreamed,” Opinion, June 2. I am a loyal reader of the Richmond News. I read your opinion piece on how court cases should not be livestreamed. Respectfully, I whole-heartedly disagree with your sentiments. The open court principle, in both Canada and in the United States, is at the crux of our legal systems. Openness and full publicity foster public confidence in the integrity of the court system and understanding of the administration of justice. It is a shame Canada doesn’t livestream trials. Accountability is fast becoming a thing of the past. Journalists should be the eyes and ears for the public. I read your article and I find myself... baffled and disappointed. In the media, is there not a phrase: “if it bleeds, it leads”? Who is the media to critique those who “know that the more outrageous and hateful the post, the more clicks, shares and reshares, which, in turn, increases

the value of their brand”? This is not meant to be an attack, only a commentary on the irony. It’s wholly unfair to paint “influencers and content creators” with such a wide brush, in part, because there are lawyers who offered live legal commentary, at times, alongside psychologists. While certain individuals took the trial to inappropriate lengths, these should not be the takeaway. My family and I watched the Depp/ Heard trial, intently, over the past weeks to better understand the legal system and the case. Yes, the vitriol against Ms. Heard is appalling and inexcusable. While I utterly disagree with their expression, the responses are understandable — not agreeable, but understandable. Ms. Heard is someone who took it upon herself to become an ambassador of domestic violence. It’s indescribably insulting, for those who have suffered first hand from domestic violence. I would postulate your article adds fuel to the fire.

Neither Mr. Depp, nor social media, are to be blamed for the impact on “me too.” The blame lies squarely on Ms. Heard. It’s accountability for the lies and false claims she’s told. She alone set women back. It was Mr. Depp who became the voice of those who have been abused. There was justice, based on the facts and evidence, against those who present false allegations. Without live-streaming, the public’s opinion on the facts and outcome would have been misled (e.g., CNN).

Silence on Lions Manor Dear Editor,

We owe it to our parents and grandparents to have a place where they can receive care close to home, in the community in which they lived and raised a family for decades.

Rose Wu

In 2014, Lions Manor in Steveston was demolished and its residents moved to a “temporary” facility. The old one was in disrepair, unsafe and horribly uncomfortable. In 2017, Vancouver Coastal Health began the planning process to rebuild Lions Manor.

In October 2020, the Richmond News reported

My personal confidence, and that of my loved ones’, in the media is tumbling day by day. I hope journalists will look in the mirror and reflect on why journalism became their chosen career path. Looking forward to reading your future articles. RICHMOND

Then silence.

a business case was to be completed later that year and Health Minister Adrian Dix stated that the plan was “well underway.” More silence.

Kelly Greene, now the MLA for Richmond-Steveston, blasted the Liberals during the election for not doing enough for seniors care in Richmond. Even more silence. My questions: Where’s the business plan? Is there actually a plan to bring proper seniors care back to Steveston? It’s time to bring Lions Manor back to Steveston.

Tree protesters arrested at tunnel Alan Campbell

ACAMPBELL@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

Richmond Mounties have arrested four people in connection with Monday morning’s Save Old Growth protest and disruption that halted northbound traffic at the Massey Tunnel. Police responded to several calls at around 7:30 a.m. of people on foot blocking traffic in both north- and southbound directions, including one person on top of a ladder waving flares. Richmond RCMP say officers arrived to find three of them sitting on Highway 99 at the tunnel, with the fourth atop the ladder. All four were arrested without incident, say police. However, the protestor on the ladder was later found to be breaching his conditions from a prior protest in a different city.

Police added that they are pursuing criminal charges against all four people involved in this morning’s disruption.

“We respect the rights of individuals for lawful, peaceful and safe protests, however when blocking a major highway is neither lawful nor safe, the police need to mitigate the circumstances,” said Insp. Mark Baxter, of Richmond RCMP. “Police are mandated to assuring public safety and the safety of everyone including the protestors. Richmond RCMP would like to extend its thanks to a commercial truck driver who assisted officers at the scene.” Monday morning’s disruption at the tunnel lasted about 45 minutes, but caused a knock-on effect of major delays for commuters. The same group was also understood to be behind a similar protest at the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge and at locations on Vancouver Island, also on Monday morning.

Save Old Growth protesters managed to shut down traffic at the Massey Tunnel during the Monday morning rush hour commute.

Leak in unit leads to dispute with strata

The owner of a Broadmoor condo was recently handed a $3,000 bill after a pinhole leak from common pipes left her living with an opened ceiling for three months. Leaks in condos, apartments, houses and commercial premises aren’t rare occurrences. But the issue of paying for repairs and restoration remains confusing to many, and Betty Sung is one of them. It all started in March, when Sung’s husband discovered a puddle of water in their condo bathroom. They contacted their strata, and an initial emergency crew was called in. To identify the leak, crews sent by the strata then opened the bathroom ceiling and exposed the drywall, ultimately finding a pinhole leak in one of the pipes. The strata has since replaced the piping, but Sung is still living with a hole in her ceiling, she explained to the Richmond News. “We don’t know if it’s safe to live with exposed drywalls,” she said. Sung told the News she was surprised when the strata charged her around $3,000 for the initial crew’s fees. Although, the strata paid for the cost of replacing the piping.

Celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee in Style!

According to Sung, the strata council refused to pay the crew’s invoice because it was below their deductible. The strata told Sung, under the Strata Property Act bylaws, it’s the owner’s responsibility and she should contact her insurance broker. There was also no mention of repairing the ceiling, which was opened by the crew hired by the strata.

“I’m open to splitting the costs with the strata, but they didn’t warn me of the costs beforehand,” said Sung. The News was told the strata maintains it’s complying with the laws of the province, and the leak was accidental and not caused by its negligence. According to Tony Gioventu, the executive director of the Condominium Home Owners Association of BC (CHOA), there’s a straightforward answer to all this. “The basic principle is that the hot and cold domestic water system in a condo building is common property. So, the pipes in the walls between units are all common property. The repair of those is the responsibility of the strata corporation,” he said. Moreover, repairing the hole in the ceiling is also the strata’s responsibility because that damage was done in the process of repairing the common property pipes. “The strata corporation needs to do these repairs, they need to pay for the repairs. And if they don’t, then she should file a claim with Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT),” said Gioventu. However, the $3,000 invoice from the initial crew for their emergency response work should fall under Sung’s insurance, he explained. But the CRT might decide otherwise, depending on factors such as circumstances of the leak and strata bylaws. In a 2021 CRT decision Chen v. The Owners, Strata Plan NW 308, the tribunal found the strata lot owner should not have to pay for initial emergency work to fix damaged caused by a common property because he never agreed to pay and the damage was not caused by his negligence. Previous CRT decisions aren’t necessarily binding.

Illegal rides net $1,800 in fines Hospital rebuild Enforcement Officers to “disrupt four unlicensed ride-hail operations in the city,” according to police.

($276); and operating a commercial passenger vehicle without a certificate of inspection ($357).

Four unlicensed ride-hailing operators in Richmond were each fined nearly $1,800 after a joint police and government operation.

Police said they couldn’t yet release the names of the apps or operators, but listed a catalogue of infractions, including:

About two weeks ago, Richmond RCMP’s Road Safety Unit teamed up with the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s Passenger Transportation

Operating a commercial passenger vehicle without a permit, ($1,150); operating a commercial passenger vehicle with the wrong class of driver’s licence,

As well, each of the operators received a Notice and Order requiring an immediate inspection of their vehicles. Officers removed one vehicle from the scene.

Alan Campbell ACAMPBELL@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

“This was a very successful targeted enforcement project,” said the RCMP’s Cpl. Ian Henderson. “By coordinating efforts

with our counterparts at the Ministry, the Richmond RCMP Road Safety Unit was able to identify four passenger vehicle operators whose entrepreneurial endeavors were unlicensed, unsafe and unwelcome in our community.”

Safety is the ministry’s highest priority, added Perry Dennis, deputy registrar with the ministry’s Passenger Transportation Branch, adding they’ve increased enforcement to address illegal ride-hailing and are stepping up education for drivers and potential passengers. ‘slightly delayed’

There are no backhoes or construction fences to be seen yet at Richmond Hospital, but RichmondSteveston MLA Kelly Greene said there’s work going on indoors in preparation for an almost complete rebuild of the facility. During the 2020 provincial election, Greene said there would be shovels in the ground in 2021 to rebuild the hospital, however, with a “slight delay” because of the pandemic, the project started last fall with indoor preparations. “While you might not be seeing a backhoe, there is work going (on) to make the project happen,” Greene told the News. A recent letter to the edi-

tor, by a Richmond resident, described the current tower as “crumbling.” Richmond Centre BC Liberal MLA Teresa Wat said she hopes this is the “final date” after several delays. Wat said she initially gave the government some “latitude” on extending the timeline of the expanded project scope given that the hospital “so old and on the verge of collapse and at capacity.” In total the new hospital will have 353 beds, 113 more than it currently has. — Maria Rantanen/ Richmond News Search Richmond Hospital for full story at RichmondNews.com

‘Right to charge’ EVs needed: Council people living in multi-family buildings “do not have legal recourse if they are refused permission to install or use (EV) charging infrastructure in their own parking stall.”

Maria Rantanen MRANTANEN@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

Growing electrical demands

The provincial government “missed the point” about a request to allow anyone to plug in their electrical vehicles, according to Richmond’s mayor. The Union of BC Municipalities (UBCM) asked the province to enact a “right to charge” law to stop stratas from prohibiting residents from plugging in their EVs. However, the province’s response focused on the fact that, since 2018, they’ve allowed stratas to charge fees from residents who are charging up their EVs. “I would suggest that the province missed the point (in its response to UBCM),” Mayor Malcolm Brodie said at Monday’s city council meeting. “The point is you might have a user who wants to hook up their EV charger and the strata corporation is prohibiting that, so you want the right to charge, presumably at your own expense.”

Richmond council is asking for the province to enact a “right to charge” law for EVs. Nicholas77/Getty Images Richmond city council voted unanimously on Monday to lobby the provincial government for “right to charge” legislation, something suggested by Steveston resident John Roston at a recent committee meeting. This right would promote EV charging infrastructure installation in strata and apartment buildings. In its request to the province, UBCM said

“In a perfect world,” it would be great to install EV chargers in all strata parking stalls, but the capacity and affordability issues don’t currently allow it, said Tony Gioventu, CEO of the Condo Home Owners Association of B.C. (CHOA). “I appreciate local governments doing this, but you have to step back and see what are the practicalities,” he added. In addition to the growth in EVs and, therefore, the need for more charging stations, these buildings are facing other growing electricity demands such as heat pumps and other cooling systems. There’s a need for a “broader coordinated approach” to manage charging systems so that the overall system isn’t over-burdened, Gioventu said. The first step, Gioventu explained, if a

strata is interested in installing EV chargers, is to find an electrical consumption expert who can assess the building’s and the neighbourhood’s electrical capacity. “Right to charge” laws in California and Hawaii give residents in multi-family buildings the right to install a charging station for their own use, according to NESCAUM, an air-quality non-profit in the Northeast U.S. Not all new buildings install EV chargers: McPhail Since 2017, the City of Richmond has required all new residential parking spots to have electrical outlets that can support Level 2 EV charging. However, the actual charging stations don’t necessarily get built, according to Coun. Linda McPhail. “While we require all new multi-family complexes to rough in the electrical for EVs, it’s my understanding that often strata councils often put off the actual installation as it’s cost-prohibitive and perhaps there are only a few EV owners in the building,” McPhail said. “And we know older buildings are also lagging behind.”

City won’t patronize hotel with striking workers Alan Campbell ACAMPBELL@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

The City of Richmond has joined forces with 143 hotel workers who have been on strike for more than a year. Richmond city council has adopted a resolution to not give any business to the Pacific Gateway Hotel on Cessna Drive until hotel management reaches an agreement with the workers’ union, UNITE HERE.

The resolution comes after a delegation of striking hotel workers appeared and spoke before city council in April to urge them to cease spending any public money at the hotel.

According to the union, the city informed the hotel owner, the PHI Hotel Group, of city council’s resolution in a letter this week. During the pandemic, the PHI Hotel Group allowed the federal government to use Pacific Gateway as a quarantine site, but Red Cross workers were used instead of the hotel’s own staff, who were

temporarily laid off at the time due to the COVID-induced downturn in the industry.

The government then pulled out of the contract with the hotel in January of this year, citing concerns over the hotel’s treatment of workers. “I’m happy that Richmond City Council decided to adopt the resolution,” said Treva Martell, a terminated server from Pacific Gateway and a Richmond resident. “We’re the ones who built up this hotel and made it its name. I’m glad council understands this

is bad for Richmond residents and bad for business.

“Their decision sends a strong message that they will not condone the hotel’s actions. Thank you to Richmond city councillors for standing behind us workers. It means so much to me.” Most of the terminated workers are women, one of whom, a housekeeper, filed a human rights complaint against the hotel last year on behalf of herself and 89 other women for wrongful firings on the basis of sex and racial discrimination.

Transit fares will increase by 2.3% across all fare products on July 1, 2022. translink.ca/farechange

Since the campaign launch, hotels across B.C. have agreed to bring their workers back to their pre-pandemic jobs, including Hilton Metrotown which resolved a 13-month lockout. Pacific Gateway, says the union, has refused to return workers to their jobs. The hotel has never responded to any request for comment. Zone

Richmond Tiktoker goes viral with diamond-testing videos Valerie Leung

that interested in jewelry, Kwong said he enjoys video editing and the social media side of the business.

Is this diamond real or fake?

Initially, Kwong started making videos to help educate people about diamonds in general, but that went nowhere.

However, his new-found celebrity status takes a toll.

VLEUNG@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

A Richmond TikToker has been going viral with his diamond testing videos that answer just that question. Andrew Kwong, co-owner of Christine Jewellers, is the mastermind behind the social media phenomenon, which has amassed 3.2 million followers on TikTok and 82,400 on Instagram. “We do diamond testing for every customer that comes in to get their jewelry cleaned or resized, and it became something everyone was interested in watching,” said Kwong. People were often surprised to find a ring they had been wearing for a while was

“There weren’t many views on the videos I posted, and it seemed kind of hopeless. But after I posted the diamond testing videos, it just went crazy from there.” He’s since been dubbed the “CEO of Diamond Testing” on social media. But he’s not just an online celebrity, TikTok fans have been flocking to his store in Aberdeen Centre in person just to get their rings, bracelets and necklaces tested. One of the jeweller’s TikToks shows a child bringing in his mother’s jewelry — just to see the diamond testing pen in action. Despite being an introvert, and not even

In the beginning, it was manageable as he would create and edit his videos as well as answer questions during the business’ “down time.” “With luxury goods, our store doesn’t have super high traffic like a food court. Not everyone comes in to buy jewelry every single day.” But as his popularity grew, so did the demands to the point that it became “overwhelmingly difficult to keep up.” Thankfully, his brother, who’s also his business partner, has been able to pick up the slack. And, for the most part, it’s been a good problem to have.

“We’ve been reached out by jewelry and diamond supplies because they know we’re kind of going viral, and sometimes we’ve been offered sponsorships, too. It also helps encourage people to come in because they’ve seen us on social media.” However, the larger purpose of the videos is still to educate, said Kwong. “We want to make sure people are careful about where they’re buying jewelry. That’s really the main message we want to share with people,” he said. “There isn’t too much to worry about in Canada, but sometimes buying from sketchy online stores like Facebook Marketplace or through someone else and not at an actual store is not the safest way. “Overall, for social media, there’s no better way than to use social media as a way to educate people about diamonds … in an entertaining way.”

Richmond business leader inducted into hall of fame Valerie Leung

VLEUNG@RICHMOND-NEWS.COM

Richberry Group of Companies CEO Peter Dhillon has been awarded the B.C. Business Laureate by the Junior Achievement of British Columbia (JABC). Dhillon is the first business leader from Richmond and the first Punjabi South Asian to be recognized by JABC as a B.C. business laureate. The Business Laureates of British Columbia Hall of Fame honours achievements of B.C. leaders that have shaped the province and the country. Peter Dhillon “It’s kind of overwhelming, and I’m just humbled and honoured to have been awarded,” said Dhillon. “As a visible minority and a child of two immigrants, I think it really says a lot about our country and our province where somebody like me could be in the same company of some of the great legends of British Columbia.” The Richmond resident leads a 35-year-old family business growing cranberries in British Columbia and in Quebec, and his business is considered one of the world’s largest suppliers of cranberries. Dhillon told the Richmond News that he is grateful to be inducted to the Business Laureates as a leader of the agricultural industry. “Being in agriculture, which is an industry that was never recognized, it’s great to see it getting highlighted,” said Dhillon. “I’m assuming they see all the issues around agriculture and food security, and it is a very important discussion (at this time), and maybe getting a little spotlight on growing food is a good thing.” Dhillon is a member of the Ocean Spray Cranberries grower-owned cooperative in North America and he was appointed as the chair of Ocean Spray in March 2014. He has also served on a number of boards in the past years such as Vancouver Airport Authority, Simon Fraser University, Atomic Energy of Canada and Seacor Environmental. Happy Father’s Day Unique and tasty yogurt drinks can help boost your health

Charitable donations baked into COBS Bread’s business plans

Make your day a little tastier with Hey! I’m Yogost’s delicious and nutritious yogurt drinks Andrew & Melissa Gunn, Owner/Operators of COBS Bread Blundell. Photo via COBS Bread Blundell.

Tasty treats usually make you feel good. But few are actually good for you, as well. At Hey! I am Yogost in Blundell Centre, they manage to combine those two worlds thanks to their lineup of yummy yogurt drinks they have been serving up since opening this spring.

“With that there’s a little bit of sweetness from the yogurt and a nice chewiness from the rice,” Manager adds. “It’s a very popular pairing.” But if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, Hey! I am Yogost offers a number of options.

“To begin with, all of our ingredients are all natural, and always fresh,” says their manager of operations for the chain, which currently has a total of seven locations across the Lower Mainland, with another three expected before the end of the year.

For example, you can try tiramisu yogurt.

The company is planning to have a total of 20 stores open within a year. “And since yogurt by itself is not super sweet, we add a healthier sugar substitute, in consideration of serving a healthier product since they are lower in calories.”

Then there’s a non-alcoholic rice wine yogurt.

The milk used to produce the yogurt comes from a local source, as well. The steps to produce the yogurt follows a strict process of fermentation to ensure all of the healthy probiotic goodness is retained and delivered to customers. And when added to wide variety of fruit options, the yogurt combines to make a tasty and healthy treat. “The probiotics are important,” Manager says. “When you finish a meal and then try one of our drinks, it really helps with your digestion. And for seniors, especially, that’s a real help.” As for what combinations are popular, Manager says strawberry and mango are two customer favourites. After that comes purple rice yogurt.

“We blend a coffee into the yogurt to give it the authentic Italian cake taste,” Manager says. “This one is very popular in Asia,” Manager says. For fans of antioxidant-rich matcha, there’s a matcha rice ball drink that can be customized with your choice of a number of toppings. “We have mochi, purple rice, jello and oats available as toppings, providing many ways to make it unique to fit each person’s desired taste,” Manager adds. And in addition to the yogurt drinks, there are also fruit slushes that use a matcha-based mixture that you can add your choice of fruit to for a cool and refreshing drink that is perfect during the warm, summer months. “The highlight of all our products is their ability to satisfy you,” explains their marketing manager. “And that is a great quality for those customers who are busy and on the go and need something quick which is also good for them.” For more information about Hey! It’s part of the company’s DNA to donate in ways that best benefit the community A community cannot live on bread alone. It also takes a caring heart. That’s why the Blundell Centre location of COBS Bread, and others across the chain, are dedicated to several charitable causes. “We know that a thriving community is in the best interest of everyone. Our kids get to go to better schools, there are better community facilities, and people are generally happier. And we feel obligated to play a role in helping that happen,” explains Andrew Gunn, who, along with his wife, owns and runs the Blundell Centre location. “And the flip side is if the community is thriving, there’s a good chance our business will do well, too.” One of the ongoing charitable efforts they undertake is donating leftover baked goods at the end of the day. “It’s part of our business model,” Gunn says, explaining that efforts chain-wide to limit wastage act as a consistent donation to food bank services and other similar organizations in the communities COBS Bread serves. “It’s part of our business strategy to make sure we have enough product left at the end of the day so that if a customer comes in around five minutes before closing, they can choose from a nice, big selection,” Gunn continues.

“It’s also part of our DNA to donate that leftover product in ways that best benefit the community and the people who really need it. Rather than just chucking the products out, we can make a positive impact.” “That’s just the way we have done things.” And that can add up quickly to be a significant donation as each day, the Blundell Centre location alone can give away between $1,500 to $2,000 worth of stock. “There’s a number of different community outreach programs we help support, and since it can be such a hefty amount each day, we also donate to local schools and their student groups that may have projects that impact the community in a positive way,” Gunn describes. While the food bank donations are a chain-wide initiative, the Blundell Centre location also has a specific charitable target - the BC Women’s Health Foundation. “We have a special day, a couple of weeks before Easter, called donation day in all COBS Bread stores, which donates a portion of sales to a charity, and we chose the foundation,” Gunn said. “Our first child was born at BC Women’s Hospital under some complicated circumstances, and they were just fantastic to us then, and we felt it’s hard as a parent not to be touched in some way by the help they provide.” For more information about COBS Bread and how they support the community, visit the website at cobsbread.com/local-bakery/blundell- richmond/.
