Body found in Steveston harbour

The body of an unidentified man was recovered from the Steveston Harbour area about twoweeksago RichmondRCMP were alerted to a possible body spotted in the Fraser River at around 9 p.m. on June 9.

The investigation, according to police, is active and ongoing

An application for a Seasonal Patio, in effect between April 1 and October 31, has been received by the City of Richmond from Five Roads Brewing Co, doing business as Five Roads - local Eats and Craft Beer, at 130 - 12251 No 1 Rd , Richmond, B C , which requires a Temporary Commercial Use Permit

Those persons who consider themselves affected by the proposed Seasonal Patio application are invited to make written submission to the General Manager, Community Safety at 6911 No 3 Road, Richmond, B C , V6Y 2C1, or by email to buslic@richmond.ca. All written submissions received prior to the proposed approval date of June 29, 2023, will be forwarded to the General Manager, Community Safety for consideration.
