Our Ministry We understand that a holiday can be a precious time to get away from the demands and stresses of everyday life. However, we believe that one thing a holiday doesn’t have to be is a break from our relationship with God. In fact, we believe a time away of fun and relaxation is a perfect opportunity to deepen our faith in our awesome, loving God in a setting of His beautiful creation. We have a dedicated Ministry Leader in each chalet every week of the season. They are there in a pastoral capacity during your holiday and, as we always say, the majority of our “ministry” happens on the chairlifts, around the dinner table and in the hot tubs! Additionally, our Ministry Leaders provide fixed points of teaching throughout the week, which are entirely optional. Each morning we start with a short devotion and time of prayer and then, in the evening, we hold an informal time of praise and worship followed by some Bible teaching before enjoying dinner.

Children’s Work Available: 21 Dec, 28 Dec, 15 Feb, 04 Apr, 11 Apr Are you bringing children with you? Take a look at what Richmond can offer:  Children’s Tea: A child-friendly menu available early evening for children aged 2-12 yrs.  Children’s Ministry: We offer children’s ministry for those aged 4-12 yrs, led by a member of the Richmond team.  Child Supervision: Fancy a few extra hours on the slopes? Richmond staff can take your children aged 4-12 yrs to/from ski school, give them lunch and entertain them until 14:00. Must be booked in advance. £125 per child for five days, including lunches.

About the Resort Our two chalets are set in the heart of The Three Valleys resort, which is the world’s largest ski area. There are over 600km of interconnected ski runs that link together the resorts of Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Méribel and Courchevel. The high altitude of the resort guarantees great skiing throughout the winter season. With so many slopes, there is something to suit any skiing ability and preference. Whether you have never skied before, enjoy cruising the blues and reds, or you are looking for an adrenaline pumping couloir, all this and more can be found in The Three Valleys!

Chalet des Neiges, Reberty Village, 11 Jan With our team on hand to organise ski groupings and suggest routes, our ReLoad week is perfect for those in their 40s & 50s travelling by themselves! Enjoy chats on the chairlifts, fellowship at our lunch-meets, and a catch up over a cuppa back at the chalet as the sun sets.

Challenge yourself and develop your carving, moguls and off-piste ski techniques. A qualified local instructor will be working exclusively with Richmond, providing tuition and tips as well as guiding you around the mountains.

Learn To Ski Week Chalet des Neiges, Reberty Village, 21 Mar New for this winter we are introducing our Learn To Ski Week! Skiing conditions in March are perfect for beginners, as is our chaletâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s position alongside a blue grade ski slope. Book the learner package and start your lessons right from the chalet with our experienced instructor who will work exclusively with Richmond for the week.

Non-Skiers There is so much to enjoy during your Richmond holiday besides skiing and snowboarding. Throughout the day, many of the chair lifts can be used by pedestrians in order to travel further up the mountain for stunning views over the valley. Free buses can take you to the local towns of Les Menuires, Saint Martin or Val Thorens, where there are leisure centres with pools, spas and gyms. Or, if you fancy a different alpine sport, you can try cross-country skiing or snow-shoeing. Each day we arrange lunch meets, meaning you can join the skiers in the group for a mountainside pizza, crêpe or soup! Each of our chalets have two saunas and two wonderful outside hot tubs, which look out onto the mountains. The comfortable lounges with cosy fires offer great spaces to relax, read a book and enjoy the alpine ambience. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the lounge throughout the day. “All the other guests were so welcoming and you could talk to anyone easily, almost like a big family holiday. Chalet Des Neiges, Reberty Three Valleys, France Chalet des Neiges is perfectly positioned in Reberty Village beside a blue-grade ski slope and opposite a ski school meeting point. The chalet’s ski-in, ski-out location makes it a firm favourite for many, as does the superb, uninterrupted view of the mountains that can be enjoyed from the dining room, the lounge and the large south facing balconies - perfect for watching the idyllic mountain sunsets!

About Chalet des Neiges The chalet’s fourteen bedrooms are traditionally decorated, all with comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. With a variety of room types, we recommend booking early in order to secure the best option for you. After a day on the mountains, relax in the chalet’s saunas and bubbling hot tubs, or sit by the crackling log fire in the comfortable and spacious lounge with a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake. Our staff team are always on hand to ensure you have the best holiday, providing everything from ski tips to extra pillows! Each evening, following a time of ministry, canapés are served ahead of a delicious three course meal with complimentary red and white wine. During the meal, share stories of your day and enjoy great fellowship together before joining some of the Richmond team in the lounge for an after-dinner game.

Chalet Elise, Le Bettaix Three Valleys, France Chalet Elise is nestled in the charming Bettaix Village. The Doron river winds through the middle of this typically French village, perfect for an evening stroll as the sun sets. Only a few minutes’ walk from the boot room door is the ‘Le Bettex’ ski lift that will take you to La Croisette, from where you can explore the awesome Three Valleys ski resort.

About Chalet Elise At the heart of Chalet Elise is its lounge with its comfy sofas around the open fireplace and views over the village. The lounge is the perfect environment in which to relax with a cup of tea - plus, thanks to its huge pull-down screen, it’s the ideal space for our ministry sessions and after-dinner movie nights! On the ground floor, our “snug” is home to table football, where you can challenge the staff to a game (which is far less risky than a ski race!). There are fifteen ensuite bedrooms in the chalet, including one room with its own Jacuzzi bath, for that extra level of luxury! Our friendly staff team will make sure that you have a fantastic holiday - from providing a hearty breakfast that sets you up for the day, to helping you map out a ski route, and then welcoming you back each afternoon with a smile and a slice of cake. Chalet Elise has two saunas and hot tubs that are perfectly positioned on the outside balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains.

Getting There Flights Chambéry Airport is 110km from our chalets, making it the closest airport. Richmond operates return Chambéry transfers, available exclusively to our guests, for £79 per person. There are also flight options from the UK to Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble airports, each served by public and private transfer operators and hire car services. Eurostar Train Board the Eurostar train at Ashford or St Pancras then travel directly to Moutiers, France, at the base of The Three Valleys. The overnight service means you can enjoy eight full days of skiing, or catch the daytime service for great views of the French countryside. The return Richmond transfer from Moutiers station is £45 per person and includes a complimentary breakfast for the early morning arrivals. Self-drive On arriving in Calais, France, it is approximately a 600-mile, nine-hour drive to our chalets. There is underground parking near Chalet des Neiges and free parking in both Reberty Village and Le Bettaix. Driving directions are available to download from our website.

Ski Extras Lift Passes Avoid queues in resort! Add a Three Valleys lift pass to your booking before departure so that it will be waiting for you in the chalet on arrival. There are reduced rates available for children (under 12), families and seniors (over 65). Equipment Hire Ski and snowboard hire can be organised through Richmond at a discounted rate from in-resort prices. With four grades of equipment, you can be sure to have the right kit and we can advise you if needed. We take your measurements in advance to ensure less time getting your equipment fitted and more time on the slopes! Ski and Snowboard Lessons Richmond can organise six-day group lessons at your required level with the ESF ski school starting from 3 years old. We recommend you book early, especially in highseason weeks, to avoid disappointment. All ski extras must be booked no later than three weeks before departure. Thursday Arrivals: May to October Our resort on the stunning Greek island of Samos is metres from the glistening aquamarine Aegean Sea. The familyrun Zefiros Beach Hotel has a large swimming pool and terrace overlooking the sea. Our Richmond-exclusive RYA watersports centre offers dinghy sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking plus a range of instruction.
