Penne Pasta - you could use ziti pasta.
Italian sausage - you could use anykind of ground meat as well, suchas ground beef, pork, turkey, orchicken.
Onion, garlic and tomato sauce.
Italian seasoning, fresh parsley andfresh basil.
Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Watermelon Margaritas
Boil the pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente (fully cooked but still firm),about 8-10 minutes, or according to package directions. Drain well andset aside.
Instructions:
Place the cubed watermelon in a blender. Blend just until it breaks down into a liquid, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and mix with the tequila and lime juice. Taste for sweetness and add simple syrup, if you like it sweeter.
Cook the sausage. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pot (or 4 qt. Dutchoven) for 2 minutes over medium-high heat until the hot oil sizzles. Addsausage and stir to cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatulato break the sausages into small pieces. Add onions and garlic and sautéuntil soft and tender, about 2-3 minutes. Stir to combine.
On a small plate, combine the salt, sugar and Tajin seasoning. Run the lime wedges around the rims of 4 cocktail glasses. Dip the rims into the spiced salt mixture.
Make the sauce. Pour in tomato sauce, turn the heat down to medium, and bring the meat sauce to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Stir in Italianseasoning, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, parsley and basil. Season with saltand pepper. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes,stirring occasionally. Simmering helps develop richer flavour in the sauce.
Fill the glasses with ice and the margarita mixture. Garnish with small wedges of watermelon and the lime wedges.
Add the pasta. Transfer the cooked and drained pasta into the sauce andtoss well to mix evenly.

You’ve been saving for a while, and you’re finally ready to move out of your apartment and take the leap to home ownership. Becoming a firsttime homeowner is both an exciting and a stressful process, but the payoff is well worth it once all the papers are signed and the keys are in your hands. Be sure to read on for some useful tips for preparing for home ownership and what to expect once you move in.
Chances are, you’ve been renting from a landlord who was on the hook for minor repairs and major upgrades, not to mention yardwork and a lot of other upkeep. Now, all those tasks fall on you.
SET SOME MONEY ASIDE
A good rule of thumb is to set aside one percent of your home’s purchase price per year for maintenance. So, if for example, your home cost $300,000, you should put aside $3,000, or about $250 a month, for home repairs. If you’re buying a new construction home, you shouldn’t have major repairs right away and you’ll likely have a new home warranty covering any maintenance costs.
