The Chateau Hotel
The Chateau Hotel is nestled among the aspens in a tranquil mountain setting, and is part of the Deer Valley community – Park City's upscale neighbor. The hotel’s standard rooms – whether containing two queens or a king – exceed “standard” expectations. Cozy stone fireplaces, jetted tubs (or stone-tiled showers), heated towel racks, crisp duvets and pillow-topped mattresses set the tone for a relaxing Park City stay. Rooms include a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot (Starbucks beans included), flat-screen televisions, complimentary wireless internet, on-demand movies, and ipod/CD clocks. Mountain and courtyard views round out the amenities for a contemporary, quality spin on regal European style.

The Chateaux has an array of hotel rooms, studios and one to four-bedroom suites. This unique configuration means the hotel’s layout can change by rearranging the lock-out options. Voilà! Lori Holt
Company: Bee In My Bonnet Blog/Website URL:beeinmybonnetco.blogspot.com Instagram: @beelori1 Lori is a small town farm girl who spent her childhood playing in the sunshine on tractors and climbing trees. She grew up happily immersed in all things domestic. She is the middle child of a large family and was closely surrounded by grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. Her mom says that she was practically born with a needle in her hand. Her earliest memories are of sitting underneath the quilting frames and threading needles for her grandma and great aunts until she eventually grew old enough to make stitches of her own. As a girl, she spent many happy hours designing and sewing clothes for her dolls, crocheting and doing embroidery. Her deep love of all needle art comes from the early influence of her mother and grandmothers, who were her first teachers. Now she teaches others to create and she finds joy in using her creativity to make beautiful things. She draws inspiration for her designs from the beauty of the earth, from the love of God and family memories. She is drawn to stacks of colorful fabrics, pretty papers, aprons, buttons, embroidery, old dishes, gingham & polka dots, sprinkles & glitter and all things vintage. She is married to her best friend and childhood sweetheart and together they have three creative, intelligent children, and a sweet grandaughter. Life is good! She sews, draws, creates, decorates and re-decorates on a daily basis. She thinks of herself as the luckiest girl in the world, because she gets to do what she loves everyday. She feels blessed to have her own company called, “Bee in my Bonnet, which she began in 1994. Her wish is that her designs in both patterns and fabric, will inspire others to create and will also instill the desire to pass down the valuable lessons of days gone by taught to us by our mothers and grandmothers.

Amanda Herring
THE TOUCHY FEELY SIDE OF FABRIC The business of being a shop owner is filled with responsibilities, but the most important is the role you take in your customers creative process. Amanda will share with you ideas and thoughts that will help you improve your connection with your customer and their desire to create. Amanda has been creating from a young age. She learned to sew at 10 years old and hasn’t stopped since. In college she studied art, art history, fashion design and interior design. Several years later, when she added quilting to her life, she was finally all “pieced” together. At last, at the tender age of 32, she knew what she wanted to be when she grew up! A quilter! Not long after that, her company, The Quilted Fish, was born. Why the name The Quilted Fish? Because she’s a Herring! Amanda loves to hand out “red Herring’s” (aka Swedish fish) to people to help them remember her and her company. In 2010 Amanda completed her first line of fabric for Riley Blake Designs called Sweet Divinity and in July of 2015 she finished her twelfth line. Amanda loves sewing and designing fabric and her love of color and flair for design show in her creations. And what, you may ask, is her favorite creation? Her answer never changes....her family.
